Well, first off, the Apocalypse Tank FTW. Ok, now that that's out of the way, you may consider matching the icons that are left to the wallpaper. Good job paring down the clutter, though!

*sighs* Though I love the minimalism of my desktop, I'm sort of missing the lack of enough eye candy.
Though for me, the only eye candy I really want are drop shadows and translucent menus. I can do it, but it isn't quite as fast as using Compiz-Fusion.

Y'know, I actually have an aversion to icons. They're useful sometimes, but I really like seeing my background. Which is why I like my current one - not only is it awesome but it gives me a spot to put my icons. One of these days I'm going to customize the pictures, too. And get some widgets or something to put on the desktop.

Oh right... on topic.....er... I have no desktop right now, seeing as my laptop is dead. My brother has a far-too-small image of some Da Vinci sketches set to this computer right now and its all stretched and gross looking.

 As am I. It came preinstalled on this thing and. . . Well, actually, I'm surprised it's little free trial hasn't ran out yet. . . I'll have to get Skrat to send me the link to download the virus software that I used to have on my other computer. =___=

I think your wallpaper's pretty well done, Nova. It could be cleaned up a little in a couple of places, but I think it's got a good composition and feel to it. Other than the fact that I have no idea who the hell those people are, I like it too.
As for the rest of the desktop, well, the extra icons on the desktop would annoy the crap out of me, and I detest the Windows taskbar, but there's not much you can do about that... Oooh, I like you WinAmp skin too! Most people waay over-do it with skinning, but yours is slightly understated...

Yeah, there's a few things I'd like to get off there, but I dunno where'd I put them. Otherwise, I like having that stuff on my desktop. Easier for me to get to.
They're the main characters of Weiss Kreuz. X3; And I didn't make the Winamp skin, I found it on a Weiss fansite. |D
