I do, for sure. BUT!!! only if I think it makes sense. For example! I always pair Yuugi and Atem together, because, to me, that makes sense. HOWEVER!! I wouldn't, for example, pair Inuyasha with Miroku. I think that is just weird...If others wanna do that, that's fine. But it sure isn't for me.

I'm not ashamed to say that I do this too but I just pair the weird couples and my friends are like: "Um no. That's simply in one word gross."

I do it, but only to an extent. Like, if there is a tiny thread which could link them together, I'll pair them. If there is like no chance, and it's a stretch, ... I usually don't sweatdrop

I do it with everything I watch or read. One of the prerequisites for stuff I read is that it has to have at least two hot guys that I could slash. XD

...I didn't know there weren't fangirls who don't pair up guys from nonYaoi stories! I mean, I intentionally look for people to pair up. I can't go through anything without pairing people up. I managed to turn "The Fall of the House of Usher" into a love story, and I freaked out my English teacher. eek It...was awesome for me, but I think I might scare some people with it. sweatdrop lol.

*Points* What they both said my problems are rather extreme tho, i mean who the hell here has slashed PENCILS and FRUIT before? AND takes great pleasure in dpoing so? O_o.

Never a pencil and some fruit, but my friend and I once created a stirring love story about a magnet and sharpie. And then there was the playdoh... and the Beanie Babies.... (at least they were both cats!)

...Now on to my unadulterated opinion. I love crack. Especially weird crossover crack. But for me to actually support a couple, there has to be some serious basis for it. (Or a VERY convincing fanfic.) Like GilxRamganas in Dragon Knights (my OTP!! I'll love you forever if you say you're a fan, too!) or KuroganexFai in Tsubasa.

On the subject of slashing the classics... A Seperate Peace was just asking for it. Gene spends all his time obsessing over one boy or another at his private school. There's even a passage detailing his view of another boy's a**!. Even my mother, an English teacher, said, "Yeah. A Seperate Peace is pretty gay. I think it's a reflection of John Knowles's own pent-up homosexual desires." Pretending that A Seperate Peace was full of slash helped me through the boring parts of it.
