retice Raenef from Demon Diary is probably the girliest male character I have ever seen in a manga. When I first read it four years ago, my friend and I actually thought he WAS a girl for a while into the story, but all the "he"s were too frequent to be typos. Which also kind of freaked us out, because he's so affectionate with another male character, Eclipse, that we thought we were reading yaoi manga by mistake. I wasn't entirely comfortable with BL then. It wasn't though. It is not an official shounen-ai manga, but it probably could be. Easily. wink   It's acually a very subtle shonen-ai. it's just not published by a yaoi publisher. I'm pretty sure the author said so.

Kitsune-chi Sunao from Sukisyo- even more so, his alter-ego of sorts, Ran. Absolutely. Not only is his hair ridiculously long, in a ponytail, and pale pink, he's got a ridiculously feminine voice and unmistakably girlish mannerisms. Granted, the traits are horribly stereotypical and the feminist in me kind of dies a bit to list these traits as predominately girly, but he's easily ill-tempered, often-times jealous, clingy, and overly emotional when it comes to his S.O. It's much more extreme in Ran than in Sunao, but in my opinion? It gets annoying. I'm not really fond of him as a character, if you couldn't tell. XD KYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA tes he is so girly and i love him for that
