Askari's ears twitched as got up and shifted forms, taking Denji from the boy. She had heard something before, but she didn't know what so just ignored it for the moment, stroking the gray cat in her hands. "I'm 22 and he's 23." she said matter-of-factly. "Besides, there's no need for either of you to be rude to each other." she said.

Kaylene thought to herself. Might as well go over there... already blew my cover. Why do I have to sneeze everytime I feel a new magic?! It is so annoying! She wiped her face on her hand then headed over to the others. She walked behind Askari and tapped her on the shoulder letting her know that she was there. "So who is the newcomer?" She whispered. He was even more handsome than she thought. The cat ears and tail were a little different then what she saw.. but they looked adorable. She just wanted to touch them! But she restrained her self.

Askari turned her eyes to Kaylene, then turned them back to Denji, "His name's Mercutio and he's 15 years old. And obviously a half-breed like Denji and I," she said, giving her straight facts.

Kaylene smiled. He looked a lot older, but age didn't really matter if he was a good mage. She wondered if he had any other magic besides shapeshifting. She stepped out from behind Askari and showed herself. She did a curtsy and peered at him with her big blue eyes. "Hi! I'm Kaylene. It is a pleasure to meet you. My friend tells me that your name is Mercutio."

"That's true..." Mercutio murmured softly. He felt a burning sensation in his cheeks and wondered if he was blushing. The girl was pretty. He listened to Denji's meows and purrs of satisfaction. He hissed slightly at the older cat.
Denji jumped out of Askari's arms and shifted into his human form, where he towered Mercutio. "Are you starting something, kitten?"

Askari quickly grabbed Denji's arm, "Shush. With all of us out of the house, I wouldn't be surprised if Impa came..besides, now isn't the time for a fight." she muttered, her ears folding against her head.

Denji pulled his arm out of hers. "He wants to start something." Denji hissed, his ears flying back and his claws ready for battle.
"What's going out there?" Impa was at Denji suddenly. "You are still like a child, Denji." She murmured.

Kaylene rose from her curtsy and smiled. He was very handsome up close. She moved toward. "Please don't start anything... I don't want to wake anyone up ... it is really late." She looked at both of the men and sighed. She was always the peacemaker... hopefully it worked here too.

Impa grabbed Denji's ear and pulled him to the ground. "I've had enough of this, Denji. You're suppose to be the hero, not act like one. Apologize to the other boy right now before I take you to the cage." She warned. "I'm sorry Kaylene, did they wake you?"

Askari's shot up as did her tail, "I-Impa, is this really neccesary?" she asked, inching her hand forward. "I'm sorry Impa." she murmured, prying Impa's hand form Denji's ear, pulling him into her arms and laying his head on her chest. She almost hissed, but knew better. She tapped a finger on Denji's nose, "Now stop. He doesn't want to start something, and neither do you. Got it?" she said sternly.

Alright, alright, I'm sorry! I don't want to go into the cage!" Denji didn't really hear much before he was pulled to the ground. Impa was harsh with her punishments and the cage wasn't much different. It was small, he couldn't do much and if she didn't get a bigger cage, he would hardly be bale to move. "Bot going, Impa, I'm not going to the cage."

Askari sighed, "The only reason I never got put in the cage was because I listened, unlike a gray cat I know." she mumbled.

"Denji is stubborn when it comes to other cats." Impa tapped his nose a few more times. "Only you're trying to be the alpha male here, you have no competition so you should behave yourself, alright?" She lightened up. "Alright, let's all go in before we wake anyone else up."
Mercutio made is way over to Kaylene and transformed into a cat by her feet with a little meow.

Askari nodded, and shifted forms. The orange cat purred and walked around Denji's leg, wanting to be held.

Denji picked up Askari and followed iMpa into the house. He collapsed into the bed, landing on his back to keep Askari from getting crushed under his body weight. "Thanks for getting Impa off my ear..." Denji whispered.
