"I..was..merely commenting..on the fact that..she simply..cares too much about that coat of hers. It gets..annoying after a while, watching her groom it for so long."
[Foampaw believed it a good lie. And it certainly made sense, with the amount of time the she-cat spent on her coat. Foampaw understood the liking of keeping one's pelt clean, but really. Robinsong was just abusing her tongue.]

[Rising to her paws, she stretched each muscle slowly. She then gazed up at the sky. It wasn't even close to moon-high, still a long ways to go until the end of gathering. What were the cats supposed to do besides mingle after the leaders had discussed their business? Wasn't there supposed to be something more entertaining?]
