Barely and he knows he needs to feed her somehow, but that she'll be livid if he calls for Amestru. He is just about ready to do that when Tam and Bez return with the ice. Seeing Lyssan on the couch Talesian gives a horrified cry and drops his end of a basket of ice, causing Bez to let go as well.
Sharp curses fill the air as the dark haired angel hops around on one foot, but no one pays him any mind.
"Wha.... what happened?" demands Tam kneeling down beside her.

I don't know...we managed to cure Kero, though he'll still need that ice, rest assured....then her magical body faded, and she was cold and clammy when I woke up....I don't think she's gone....I...I'd know if she was....blast it, where's ma and da when you need them?

Tam checks her pulse and shakes his head. "She's with us... but only just so... she looks drained. Have ye called Dad yet?"

Tam is searching for something amonst her clothing, then he does a head smack. "Bez..." he calls frantically. "Do you remember that shiny ball, the one she was dangling before the babes? See if you can find it? We need it fast." gritting his teeth he nods in Jor's direction. "Yes, get him... and quick... if we don't find that ball, he's the only hope she has...." He gathers up Lyssan's limp hands into his own and chafes them to warm them. "Hang on Ma... hang on... Help is coming... Don't... You... Dare... Go...Don't you dare..." Tears falling down his cheeks as he pleads with her to hang on.

*Jor nods, sending out the call to Amestru....and then begins to search for the ball...flickering his tongue out high and low as he feels for his sister's favorite toy, and her essence....*

Both he and Bez chance upon it together. It has rolled away from the side of the girl's cradle and was hidden beneath Bez and Tam's bed. Jor, himself slips under the heavy wooden platform to get it, coming out covered with dust bunnies.
"Don't you guys ever clean under there?" he grumbles spitting lint. He looks up to see a pair of sapphire eyes staring at him.
"What's the matter boy?" he hisses testily.
"You speak..." Pasa says in awe. "Don't worry I won't eat you. Mes'sirrah says we never eat anyone who speaks."
"Your father is a wise man... who is he?" grumbles Jor gliding to the door.
"Kerobian..." says Passura proudly.

*Jor chokes as he spits the ball over towards Lyssan....it lands on her chest, rolling under her chin*
K...Kero...Kerobian!!!! He's been unfaithful to his wife??? What happened....who's the mother....how'd he get a child if he's sterile???

Tam looks up from where he's packing ice around the small cub and frowns. "Uncle Jor... what the hell are ye yelling about now... can't ye see we have two very sick people here?" He looks over at Lyssan and sighs with relief. "Great, you found it..."

Tam gets up and walks over to where his mother is lying and taking the ball, he places it against her chest, tucking it into her shirt, almost instantly there is a difference in her appearance. She is still quite pale and unconscious, but her body no longer looks as drained as it had before.
"Stop shouting..." grumbles Tam shaking his head. "Which son are ey talking about anyway... The only one around here is Pasa."

Tam looks around for help, butBez has stayed behind with Passura to help watch the girls. He looks at Jor and sighs. "So which one do you wish to take care of... the unconscious kitsune queen, who is going with wake up with a monster of a headache and starving... or the whiny cub... Of course, knowing Ma she's going to port home immediately, leaving whoever watches over Kero stuck for the duration."
