Zathier looked up at Alyssa. "Oh, uh, nothing..." He shook his head and shrugged. "I was just thinking to myself." He said, then happened to look at her eyes. "Beautiful eyes..." He thought as he stared in awe.

Opal blinked, sitting up straight at the sound of movement. "Vaati?" She murmured, standing up and walked off around the village. She was sure she felt Vaati wind somewhere.
"Once, and I wasn't afraid of the feel of it, just the sound it made against windows." Josline explained, amazed as the wind swirled around them in a certain pattern.

"I see..." Kaze brought his hand back and pulled Josline face to face. The wind continued to swirl around them, and seemed to match their own unique body figures. It flowed around smoothly Josline's curves and matched up perfectly with Kaze's body. "And what do you think of the wind now?" Haze asked as he hedl her.

Vaati grabbed her by the shirt and pulled her close, holding the knife by her throat. "Hullo, Opal." He greeted, his eyes completely insane. There was no sign of the Vaati who wanted to train with Kaze. His eyes only showed the lust for blood. He pushed the blood knife a little closer, touching her skin but not cutting it.
"Oh... okay." Alyssa kept ehr eys on him for a few minutes before she walked up into the main part of the village. "Exploring Death Mountain is out of the question, so what should we do then?"

Zathier thought for a moment, then heard something that sounded like Vaati's voice. The voice gave him an idea, so he thought it was better than nothing. "Well, do you want to go check on Opal and Vaati?" He suggested, following her to the main part of the village.

Opal yelped when Vaati grabbed her shirt, she saw the knife and then looked at Vaati's bloody tunic. She felt the blade against her bare throat. She feared for her life, wondering if Vaati would cut it right open. "Please... Vaati you have to s-snap out of it..." Opal sobbed.
Josline looked up at Kaze. "It's a wonder-" But she was cut off by a yelp. "Opal?" She said, turning but she couldn't run off to where the yelp had come from. She feared the fact of Opal being in danger.

"Snap out of what?" Vaati asked, pushing the knife until he saw a thin red line appear on her throat. He laughed loudly, digging his claws into her wrist with his other hand.
"I guess..." She didn't didn't exactly know if she wanted to, but she was curious enough now that shouldn't exactly say no.

Kaze's ear twitched when he heard Opal yelp. His eyes grew serious and he sat Josline back down on the ground. "I will go check and see if anything is wrong." He said as he started to walk off. "Just stay here. I will inform you if something has happened." He called back and let the wind flow around her one more time. "That will be my call." Kaze explained, walking off into the village.
Zathier smiled, but that faded when he heard Opal's yelp. He turned toward Opal and Vaati's direction, then started to walk off. "Opal... Stay here, Alyssa." He said as he ran off.

"Wait K-kaze!" But he had already walked off, the wind was swirling around her. It was doing more than just swirling around her. It was forcing her back down. He was using the wind to make her stay put because he knew she would follow him.
Opal felt a trickle of blood slip down her neck and stain against her white blouse. She was terrified, but she tried to pull herself together. "This i-isn't you Vaati, p-please stop." She said, trying hard not to cry.

Vaati blocked her voice out his head. He pushed the knife just a little deeper, causing a feel more drops of blood to fall, but none of it was fatal, or even serious yet. "I'm going to enjoy this..." He whispered.
Alyssa bit her lips and nodded. She didn't dare to go after him.

Zathier, being closer to Opal and Vaati, used his elven speed to quickly get there. He growled when he saw Vaati holding Opal down, with a knife to her throat. He quickly used his powers to pick a rock, the size of his head, out of the ground and tossed it right at Vaati's head. "GET OFF HER!" He yelled as the rock traveled through the air, on a direct collision corse with Vaati's head.

"NO!" Opal screamed and the boulder exploded as the rocks fell to the ground. She felt move blood running down her neck, feeling the tears leaking from her face and down her chest and stun the wound on her neck.

Vaati laughed even harder. He could do whatever he wanted to her and Opal would still defend him. He moved the knife from her shoulder and stabbed down on her right shoulder. "Watch out, Zathier. Alyssa is more defenseless than Opal will ever be."

Opal screamed when he stabbed her shoulder, feeling the blade in the bone and flesh. More tears leaked from her face as she gasped, feeling dizzy from the pain and the loss of blood. "S-stop Vaati, p-please" She gasped.

Zathier looked back towards Alyssa's direction. "As long as Vaati is here, Alyssa should be okay..." He thought, then rushed forward and tackled Vaati off of Opal. "Opal!" He pinned Vaati to the ground and looked back at the girl. "Do you not get it? Vaati can't control himself as much anymore!" He explained, then turned his attention back to Vaati. "I won't kill him, but I will incapacitate him for a long time." Zathier muttered.
