Vaati remembered the power he saw Shadow Link wield. "Depends, Silver, you know him." He muttered. "You have all reminded me several times that I'm not as strong as I want to be. So leave me be."
Ezlo gave him a concern look. Vaati looked far from okay. If Ezlo didn't know better, he would say looked worried. Maybe even scared.

Vaati sat up and turned away from the group, his back facing the group. He was used to being alone. That was they way he wanted to be. "I want to be alone."
"Pride isn't something you want to give up, eh?" Ezlo muttered. He knew the problem. Vaati was so sure he wanted to be evil, and now they were making him reconsider. He had pride in being evil, now he was loosing it.

Well the group was talking Darco had already found a 2nd fountain and called for them to send another team to start building the harvester. A few minutes later the same number of soldiers and builders arrived as last time.

Vaati ignored the question. He sensed something wrong. He reached for Ezlo and let Sora out. "I think you're friends are being abused." He muttered. "I sense something strange."

Sora ignored the sound.
Alone... The word ripped through Sora's heart.
-flashback-
"Wh-where are you?! Someone... Anyone! ... No one..."

Sora knew when this was... He knew exactly; it was the moment he found himself deep in the Lost Woods.
I wonder if that's how Vaati feels... No one to turn to, believing he's doomed... And when I found the Great Fairy; she offered me an escape. And here we are offering him his escape... What if I had said "no" to the Great Fairy? I would have eventually forgotten everything, even my name. I wouldn't have ever met Zelda or Silver or Ezlo; I would be just another shadow lurking around in the woods... forever.
Sora's stomach tightened as he looked into Vaati's eyes.
"Vaati! Take a look at what your future will be like. You'll either be killed by Ganon, and if not, then what? You'd turn into a shadow, Vaati! You wouldn't have anything but your name, and trust me, I know what that's like! We're offering you an escape from that future, and you know as well as we all do that this may be your only chance to take it."

Darco watched as they trapped the great fairy in another research tube and they started to build. Well they were building they transported The great fairy to Shinra research corp.
