Darious sighed. "You would think his blood would be enough... but sleeping and eating is just as useless as love when you're a TRUE shadow. How is it though? To... um, feel the future?" He muttered, slapping Shadow again for the heck of it.
"It's the fact that you feel like Seth, him being your shadow and all. It feels like you're my own, that's all." Saya answered, laying Seth back down his crib, giving him a thin blanket to keep him warm. She could hope Seth grew out of the sleeping habits.

Silver watched him look away. "I'm sorry Arious... but it's the only choice we have... we have to do it if we want to save our daughter." She said, pulling him into a hug and a kiss before he walked over and sat beside her daughter. She vanished in a flash of flames and appeared outside of the shadows castle. She waved her hand when the REdeads approached her and they were blasted backwards. She walked towards the castle. Oh yes, Saya would feel her wrath later. For now, she needed to compromise with Darious.
Diness looked away when he said she was murdered, it was like all she did was make him recall bad memories. "Ugh, I'm such an idiot." Saying it out loud rather than thinking it. She had gotten use to speaking her mind around Rugen, not because she knew he would just read it anyways, but maybe it was because she trusted him more to speak her own mind.

Zathier headed to where Opal and Vaati were. It wasn't hard to do, he just listened for Vaati's easily distinguishable voice. "Hey, Opal, can I ask you something?" He asked after he got there, trying not to make any kind of eye contact with Vaati. Zathier knew that it fed the cat's whiny nature.

Arious sighed still tasting his Darling wife's kisses on his lips. He glanced down at April. She looked completely normal... but something down inside of her would eat her up. He cringed and closed his eyes.
Liam nodded. "I see.... I guess that does make sense. But I am glad you like me. If it weren't for you... I don't know what would happened back there..." He trailed off as he sensed someone's presence in front of the castle. He wondered who it could be.. He doubted they had many house calls...
Shadow sighed and punched Darious in the shoulder. "If I have brain damage, I shall know why." He paced a moment, trying to put the feelings into words. "Well... it felt like I was somewhere else... not in my own body... But I was observing something happening. I heard the whisper of voices... then it was over. I was snapped back here into my body with you whacking my head." He rubbed his chin.
Rugen sighed. "Din... what is past, is past. I know how you feel. I just don't have any good memories... Tell me... how many times have you seen me truly smile, except for when I am around you?" He placed the picture face down and sighed. He would tell Helios eventually.. he just didn't know how.

Vaati glanced at Zathier, following his movements with his eyes. "As long as I get to stay with her." Vaati mumbled iwth a yawn. Staying with Opal kept him calm enough to fall asleep. He yawned one more time before he closed to eyes to fall asleep.
Darious chuckled and nudged Shadow's head, displacing some of his hair. "Ahh, Shadow, you don't have much brain in the first place, but, it does sound like a vision. Or something close to it, that's for sure. But why are you getting the visiona and I'm not?" He shouted angrily.
Saya glanced outside through one of the windows. The presence kind of felt like the other presence she felt when April is here. "Silver..." She mumbled, almost angrily. What was her business here?

Silver walked into the castle, keeping her nerves down. She knew if Darious help Arious when he was in the middle of his transformation, surely he could help a little girl like April. But her heart suddenly skipped a beat. At what cost though? She thought, just at that moment remembering that Darious wanted her when he helped Arious, and now she was playing directly into his hands. Silver just sighed, if she didn't try and ask, April would likely be killed or consumed by the shadows in her. She managed to track out Darious's magic. Her ears perked hearing his voice, he was close, as well as the voice of shadow. Facing him after he threatened to harm her daughter to get at Lisaya was going to be painful. She just firmly pressed on and opened he door to where were, seeing Darious, but completely ignoring Shadow.
April looked over at her father, with a curious tilt in her head. Why did he look like something was paining him. "Papa? Is something wrong?" She asked, placing the book down, and climbed into his arms. She liked being held, it made her feel safer and warm. She looked up at her father with her big violet eyes with worry. What could be troubling him? And why was he looking at her in a strange way, was he afraid of something?
Diness looked back over at Rugen. "... No, that can't be true, because you told me about you and Helios, you must have a few good memories here and there, even if you can't think about them. Like, I don't always bring up the fact that I'm an orphan. It's because I focus on the memories that make me happy. Like my dancing... and meeting you... my first kiss..." She whispered th last part under her breath, looking away quickly. That memory still made her blush deeply. "My point is, not every memory is a sad memory unless you make it one..." Din said, looking back at Rugen.
Opal looked down at Vaati, smiling softly. She was glad he was getting some rest. "What is it Zathier?" She asked, a small tilt in her head. Usually Zathier wouldn't come up to her with any kind of question. If it was about fighting, Kaze could help him there, as well as Josline with magic.

Zathier scratched the back of his head. "Actually... Can I talk to you in private? Sorry, Vaati, but I just need to borrow her for a few minutes." He requested. It was obvious that Zathier absolutely needed to talk to Opal alone, else, he wouldn't have apologized to Vaati in advance.

"What are you doing here?" Dark asked, tapping Silver on the shoulder gently, still holding his bottle in his free hand. He seemed a little angry that she came in without permission, but her presence made him curious. "Shadow and Darious have been talking for a whie... I don't know if you can separate them."

Silver looked at Dark. Seeing the anger of her un welcomed presence on his face. "... I'll leave as soon as I speak to Darious..." She said calmly. Silver moved towards Darious, hoping to grab his attention. But she noticed th wine bottle and sighed. Dammit, they're intoxicated, or... at least I think they are. She thought.
Opal shook her head. "Vaati scared of sleeping, if he's sleeping, I'm not moving him any time soon. Ethier say what you have to say in front of Vaati to, or please leave..." Opal tried to say this as kindly as she could.

Arious sighed watching April. "Sweetie.. I am just a little stressed right now... Just don't worry about me. Why don't you show me some magic you've learned. That would make me very happy."
Shadow glared at Silver. She was not his favorite person on his list. However he watched Darious' reaction to her. It would be interesting. But he was curious. Why didn't Darious have visions.. and why were his starting just now? It didn'tmake any sense...
Liam was just as curious as Saya was. He then glanced at Seth. Had he just heard him say something? Don't tell me that it is smart enough to think on its own.. already... That is simply amazing... Interesting... He knows that Saya is his mommy.. and.. Wait. what is this?! That kid.. he thinks I'm his father?! Whoa... wait a second.. that is a little messed up...
Rugen sighed. "True.. but you must remember Din. I grew up with Helios. NOW that enough should make you know why I was miserable. All I heard about was Lisaya this.. Lisaya that..." He gave her a playful smile as he tickled her side.

Zathier looked at Opal and sighed, then looked down at Vaati. "He seems to be asleep..." He thought before looking back at Opal. "Alright... It's about Alyssa..." He murmured and leaned against the wall, looking away. "...I'm sure... it's obvious that I like her..." Zathier muttered. "But... I don't know... if she likes me the same way..." He admitted somewhat sadly.

"Cool it you two, I shall deal with this." Darious put the wine glass down and met with her in all the hallway. Dark hissed and retreated into the the room with Shadow. "What is it, sweetheart? Come back for another kiss from yours truly?" He chuckled with a smile.
Seth opened his eyes, stretched his arms out. "Dadda!" He shouted staring at Liam and kicking his legs. He looked like Lisaya and Liam, so it was only logical that Liam was his father.

April looked up at her father, with a small tilt in her head. She turned so she was leaning against his chest. She opened up her hands and a silver violet flame appeared between them. But the strange thing was, she almost saw a spark of black. It scared her as she gasped and clapped her hands, making the flames disappear. What was that?!
Silver noticed Shadow staring at her, but it was out of the corner of her eye. She still had eyes for Darious, moving towards him. She was ready to beg for his help if necessary. She had to get ready for anything that would allow him to help April. She would do anything for him. "Very funny... I'll just explain why I'm here... A previous incident of our dear Shadow here, provoked him to want to wish to see Lisaya. What ever gave him the idea... he brandish a sword at my daughter. Frightened, April called out for her parents. Since Arious was here at the moment, being help by you, as well as myself. We both had to go to her. But seeing as Arious cannot travel between dimensions, he used a leeching spell on Liam to get to her... it was not long after, Liam was vanishing back into the future... I believe Saya wasn't thinking it fully through, but she brought both April and Arious here to retrieve Arious magic... but a strange thing happened... you see, April's very small... for an adult, their magic would dim. Seeing that April's only a few day's old, the shadow started to consume her... it would have possibly had killed her if Saya hadn't managed to warp Arious back to the human would...
The point is... I'm afraid it will spread like Arious, in the process consuming her. You told me you helped Arious. So I'm asking... and if I have to... begging you. Please help my daughter... I'll do whatever you wish. Anything." She hung her head, hiding the tears that were producing in her eyes.
Din laughed when he tickled her side. "Alright, I get it, but it couldn't always have been bad. You're happy right?" Din asked, looking up at with her deep red eyes.
"Have you even asked her? Girl's like it when a guy can open up to them..." Opal said, stroking Vaati's fur in a balanced movement. "You won't know if you express your feelings to her."

Zathier looked at the ground. "... I guess... I'm just..." He muttered. "Afraid to..." He thought, keeping his head lowered. He sighed and continued thinking to himself. "... I'm afraid of what she may say and how she may react..." Zathier thought.
