You live in the drug capital and I live in winnipeg that has more cars stolen than any city in the us... How many people do we have compared to the biggest city in the US...?

No its just quadrupled in less then 5 years
and its ridiculous how things are done there
One guy got himself a shoe shining set so that he could earn the money instead of begging for it. the police took his shoe shining stuff because he was working black

Eeeeesh.
Here in Portland, Oregon, it seems there are folk at every freeway onramp/offramp with signs asking for money. "Homeless", "I'm a vet", "supporting family", etc. (Then there's the clever ones: "want money for beer", "see if you can hit me with a quarter"...)
However, one day I saw one of them "getting off shift", and he pulled a nicer bike than I will *ever* own out of the shrubs and set off on his merry way. It kinda left a bad taste in my mouth, somehow. smile
On topic: let's see... who HAVEN'T I given something to? ^_^
