Kojiro growled irritably as he returned. "I couldn't find the source of the scream we heard. We'll have to wait for daylight. Is he able to answer questions?" The Scorpion bushi indicated the bound cultist with the hilt of his katana.

With both the cultist and armor secured, Masuyo began feeling the effects of the sudden rush. "He'll be when'w'wake up." she responded as she curled back into her makeshift bed, quite exhausted after all the commotion.

Kojiro sighed as the Dragon went back to bed. "It's my anyways. I hope we find out what the jigoku happened to Miyako soon."
The Scorpion started pacing around the mini encampment and decided on keeping watch from an area that wasn't easily observable from.

The man would drowsily begin to stir after that; this was followed by a wince of an apparent headache, before his eyes shot open when he realized he was bound.
"Wha... oh." He looked up at the fully armored bushi, eyes glancing around for someone or something else.
"..." He would look back up at Kagae, somewhat expectantly, but saying nothing.

Now I'll be straight with you if you don't answer my questions me or my friend will torture you this is not a threat it is fact." Stated Kagae as he went to his pack to retrieve a small knife, his black smiths hammer and a shovel laying the shovel down in front of him and held the hammer and knife in each hand, "Now... Your name? The name of the organisation you work for? Your part in it?"

Kojiro would pull his Kusarigama out from where it was kept and would contemplate the chain. "Being strangled is very painful....or so I've seen. If you don't wish to learn first hand how painful it is, I suggest you start answering questions."

The man would glance at the Scorpion, and then the Crab, then roll his eyes. "Right. My name does not matter, I'm a man of little consequence. You want to know of my 'organization'? Wait until they come for me. The state of my being will then reflect in the state of yours."
He spends a void point for extra intimidation, and gets an impressive 12. Good job, Mr. Cultist.
@ Kojiro's sense motive: Whereas this man's threat doesn't seem to carry much weight in his current predicament, he DOES seem to honestly believe what he says.

"Now you see you're making a mistake here not answering my questions but I believe that's because you're just that stupid so I'll give you one more chance." Replied Kagae squatting down next to the man brandishing the knife and hammer in a manner of intent, "Now what you just told me actually tells me that you think me being of the crab clan means I must be stupid. Wrong. You are a man of little consequence? Fine that means you are a disposable asset probably some sort of initiate with something to prove and assassinating those nice samurai over there would just be what you'd need for a promotion. Wait until they come for you? Unless you mean when they collect your corpse I don't think they're coming for you and do you want to know why? Kagae paused for a moment to shuffle about a bit, since squatting in armour isn't that comfortable, before carrying on, "Now I'll tell you what's going to happen if you are evasive or uncooperative in reaction to our questions every time you do this I will make a cut between your fingers and toes if you still refuse it will get more brutal or unless my colleague has a different idea on what to do and he isn't incredibly happy right now. Kojiro would simple appraise the man. "Do not cut him, Kaiu-sama. Who knows how the taint has fouled his blood. Crushing is better. Much better."
The Scorpion would keep an eye out to see that no one would interfere with their interrogation while Kagae started to get to work.

Not giving the man time to mentally prepare himself Kagae would deal a solid blow to the man's head with the hammer. Waiting for the man to come back to his senses, "Well now that wasn't nice of me was it and this is only to find out your name, the name of the organisation you belong to and where you belong in it. Are you sure you don't want to tell us?"

Cultist - 26 damage, Down (+40)
The man cries out briefly at the blow to his head, but quickly steels himself. He says nothing, but spends a void point to reduce wound penalties and makes a Willpower roll vs the damage dealt. Made it.
He says nothing as blood trickles down from his head injury, and tries to steady his breath while keeping his eyes closed.
