I have issues with the MS, but out of popularity, they stayed. EMS is far too powerful to be used.

Lanfaer Haseo. WE won't allow EMS. There is no 10-tailed in this guild. And there will NEVER be a Rinnegan, since almost nothing is known about it's limits. Please, don't argue. The Syrup is a combination of the starch in ones body and chakra. That does not make for good eatin.
