Opal just smiled and picked up Vaati. "C'mon we have a ways to walk." Opal said, holding the lavender kitten in her arms. "Just rest, alright?" Opal said, kissing the top of his head, holding him close.

Kaze sighed at the thought of walking all the way back down the stairs. "Let's go..." He murmured and let Ezlo jump up to his head.

"Wait... I can... warp us..." Josline murmured, opening her eyes looking up at Kaze, then glancing over at Opal. She reached out and took Opal's hand and Kaze's before they could refuse and warped them straight to Kakariko. A searing amount of pain shot down her leg as she stifled a cry by biting her lip.

Kaze stared at Josline for a while. "Josline..." He sighed and decided to let it go. "Nevermind, let's just get you to bed so you can lay down and relax." He walked off toward the inn with Josline still in his arms. Kaze looked back at Opal. "Don't forget to have Vaati turn Alyssa back to normal." He reminded and started to walk off again, but remember something else. "Oh, and if you see Zathier chained up against some trees, try to let him go. But he's bound by shadow chans, so it might be difficult." Kaze explained and then walked into the inn. He headed straight for Josline's room and set her on the bed. "Now stay still. Don't put pressure on that leg for anything." He advised.

Josline blinked up at Kaze. "I'm sorry.... hey... can you stay until I fall asleep?" She asked, still looking up at him. She felt more comfortable around him. Her eyes drooped, still looking up at him.
Opal nodded walking off. "Vaati, I know you want to sleep, and I will let you do so, but I need you to do one more thing." She said to the cat stroking him. She approached the stone Alyssa and Zathier, still pinned to the tree.

Kaze nodded and sat down on the bed. "I'll stay as long as you want me to." He said and smiled down at Josline. He ran his fingers through her hair as he leaned down to kiss her.
Zathier had nodded off, worn out from all the steam he blew off. "I'm gonna... get... that cat... if I ever... see him again..." He murmured unconciously.

Josline smiled, feeling his lips against hers, closing her eyes. Feeling exhaustion wash over her, lying her head on his lap. It seemed his lap was more comfortable that a pillow could ever offer her.
Opal looked over at Zathier seeing him half asleep. She looked over at Alyssa, seeing her as stone made her uneasy. She walked over seeing her hand glow brightly, touching Alyssa's forehead and restored her to normal. "I'm sorry Alyssa... I didn't mean for this to happen really." Opal said, hugging Alyssa.

Alyssa hugged her back. "What was the matter with him?" She asked in a serious voice. The reason behind the stoning concerned her more than actually being frozen. She glanced at the cat by Opal's feet. Vaati was out cold.

Kaze continued to brush his fingers through Josline's hair. "Sleep tight." He whisperd to her.
Zathier started to become concious. He looked around and saw the chains, but then, he saw Alyssa. "Alyssa!" He struggled against the chains, wanting to hug her. "Will someone get these shadow chains off me so I can get to Alyssa!?" Zathier shouted, annoyed at Josline for leaving him there.

"I'm not sure Alyssa, he was suddenly blinded by Kaze's sword... and then he called out my name... it was like it never happened... like a dream... ... Oh, sorry Zathier, one second. But, before I release you, you have to promise not to hurt Vaati... He can't remember anything..." Opal said, still looking at her hands curiously. Her skin and the light blue light had merged to her skin, making it pale light blue. My powers really have awakened... I can feel the wind even better... she thought.
Josline smiled softly, feeling herself fall asleep, taking Kaze's free hand and holding it as she fell asleep. Even the pain in her leg couldn't spoil her moment.

Zathier would have instantly disagreed and killed Vaati, but he sighed when he looked at Opal. "... Just one punch?..." He had to have some way of getting back at Vaati, even if it was just a small punch on the shoulder.

"Zathier... Vaati already is half blinded and has two scars on his back from Kaze. Isn't that enough for your revenge?!" Opal snapped at him. She was sick and tired of everyone pushing Vaati around. Calling him spoiled, and thinking whenever he does something wrong they could kick him when he was down. She wont allow it! Not anymore... "Besides! He can't remember stoning Alyssa, or even mocking you! If you even punched him, he would think you were picking on him!" Opal snapped again.

Zathier sighed and looked down. "Fine, fine... I won't hit him..." He then looked up at Opal. "BUT! If he does start to remember something about it, I get one little punch on the shoulder." That was his only condition for not hitting Vaati instantly. Zathier agreed that it wouldn't feel right to punish someone if they couldn't remember what they did. But if Vaati ever got his memory back, then Zathier would have full intention of getting one little punch in.

Opal looked over Vaati. "Fine..." Opal said, hoping that Vaati wouldn't remember what happened. Not because of Zathier punching Vaati. But... she believed it was best that Vaati didn't remember becoming evil and kidnapping her. She walked over, touching his chains, a flash of bright light blinded everyone for a minute, and they were gone.

Zathier looked at his unbound body. "Thanks! Glad you're okay!" He hugged Opal, then rushed over to Alyssa. "Are you alright?" He asked. Zathier had to stay bound to that tree with nothing to do, but look at Alyssa's stone body.
