Silver looked up seeing Arious looking at them, then slowly looking away in confusion, then finally covering his ears, hearing him murmur that he wanted them to stop talking. "Arious?" She asked, looking at him. She held April close to her, approaching Arious and taking his arm. She gently pulled him and looked into his deep emerald green eyes.
Josline was a few steps ahead of Kaze, speeding up the steps so fast, she almost tripped over her own cloak. She looked to anxious to get to the top of the tower, rushing up the stone steps as they grew nearer and nearer to the heavens.
Opal felt anger pierce her when he mocked her for her tears. Suddenly there was a crack of thunder of below and the wind suddenly burst the window open and knocked Vaati back. Opal gasped, not realizing her anger would make the weather out of control, she rushed over and helped him up anyways, even though she made fun of her.

Kaze shooked his head and chuckled. "Anyway, how tall is the tower?" He asked curiously. He felt like he had climbed near a hundred steps already.

Vaati slapped her hand away. "Keep your hands off me." He mumbled as stood up and dusted himself off. His head ached from hitting a nearby wall, but he was otherwise, fine.
"I would say we're about half way up." Ezlo answered, bending his neck back into a position where he could see a door at the end of the staircase.

"Good..." Josline said, sounding almost out of breath, but her body didn't look like it was going to give out any time soon.
Opal backed away when he slapped her hand away. She looked away her ears drooping. "... I...I'm sorry." She murmured.

Kaze nodded as they neared the door. "Ah, the light at the end of the tunnel!" He exclaimed, moving even faster up the stairs. "You alright, Josline?" He asked as he caught up to her. "If you're getting tired, I can carry you for a little while." Kaze explained, holding his hands out as if to pick her up.

Liam got up slowly, weak from the loss of his magic. He followed the voice of Saya down the hall. He concentrated walking stiffly down the hall. He opened the door where Darious and Saya were. He looked in, his usually deep blue eyes now pale. "Saya.... are you alright?" He held onto the door frame to keep himself from collapsing. Most people would have passed out the moment their magic was leeched.
Arious shook his head. "Silver... It think... I can hear your thoughts... and everyone elses'! It is like you are screaming into my ears!" He fell to his knees his face contorted in pain. He held his hands out before him and closed his eyes. Light sparked as blue flames leaked from his fingers swirling into a condensed ball. Purple magic encased the blue, making a protetive covering. Sweat poured down Arious' face. "There... I never really appreciated silence... until now. He slipped the crystal into his shirt pocket.
Rugen smiled as he patted his best friend on the back. "Congratulations... you are a father Helios... You have an heir." He looked down at the baby in Helios' arms. It looked like a healthy baby. He could barely make out the tiny silver hairs on his head. The baby stared at him with big blueish green eyes. "Hello there Liam..."
Helios washed his hands after he gave the clean baby to Rugen. He then kissed Lisaya gently on the lips. "I love you... and our healthy baby, Liam." He smiled, joy brimming on his face.
Lisaya kissed Helios back weakly. "Can.. I hold him?" She smiled as Rugen set the baby in the cradle of her arms. "Liam..." She whispered. "My little prince... you're so beautiful and precious. I love you... I hope your father doesn't get jealous..." She smiled faintly. However she felt a smiled hand touch her cheek where a lone tear trickled. She wondered if there was more going on in his little mind than she thought.
Helios stroked Liam's head gently. "He is so small... so...." he paused then laughed. ".. hungry!" Helios nodded to Lisaya. "His thoughts are scattered, but he is pretty smart. There are questions of what things are, but his main ones are of 'pretty mommy' and 'food'."

Silver stroked her hand through Arious's reddish hair. Her ears perked up at the sound of crying, even April's ears perked. Silver smiled softly, then frowned softly, looking away from the top tower window. Feeling something bite at her chest, at her heart. She turned away and placed April down next to her father, suddenly rushing off. She felt something telling her it was better for her to leave.
April looked up at the window and smiled broadly. "Cousin!" She shouted, but she couldn't say more because her mother had placed her right next to her father. She looked at her curiously. "Mo-" but she was cut off again, watching as Silver sharply turned and bolted off. April watched her mother leave, ears folding back.
Din was walking back into the Castle, her ears folding back. She couldn't hear the crying of a baby. She felt alone when Rugen was not around, and for some reason, she felt as if Rugen was avoiding her. She felt alone again. Sitting by her lonesome in a hall way of the castle.
Josline wanted to shake her head, wanting to be strong like all her other friends. But her body and head disagreed with her, her head making her dizzy, making her collapse backwards into Kaze's arms.

Kaze caught josline from her fall and postitioned her so that she was confortable. He smiled down at Josline as he held her close. "You don't have to overwork yourself like that." He whispered to her. Kaze then continued onward up the stairs.

Josline looked up at Kaze with her silver blue eyes. She murmured something under her breathe about not wanting to show weakness. But she knew Kaze was right. She had to know when she reaches her limits. "... I'm not heavy for you am I?" Josline asked, remembering how far they were are up they were. She surely didn't want Kaze to be pressured from her weight.

Kaze shook his head. "No, you're not heavy." He said, but it was a bit more difficult to walk up the stairs then. He saw the opening get closer and closer. "Alright, just another minute or so and we'll be there." Kaze explained.

Josline looked up at the opening as Kaze rushed through it. It looked like they were walking on a fluffy white piece of ground. She suddenly slipped out of Kaze's arms and fell to her hands and knees to touch it. It was so soft, feeling her head tilt to the side. She finally looked up, blinking at a magnificent castle that sat against the sun set. Realizing her eyes need time to adjust to the new setting, she quickly rubbed them and stood up, her head feeling dizzy, but she shook it and pressed on.

Kaze rushed over to Josline's side. "Whoa, there!" He said as he placed his arm around her. "Are you alright?" He asked, seeing her wobble a bit. He kind of wanted to hold her in his arms again, it made him feel closer to Josline.

Josline just blinked again, looking over at Kaze. "Yeah, just dizzy, I'm alright to walk." Josline said, forcing her to stand up straight.
Opal ears suddenly stood on end, she felt something blowing through the window. It was a strange window. Oh no... it's... she rushed over to the window, looking out and seeing Kaze and Josline heading to the castle. She quickly close the window, so Vaati wouldn't feel Kaze's wind.

Kaze stayed beside Josline incase she started wobbling again. "You know, I can carry you again, if it's difficult for you to walk right." He explained, contiuing to stay near her.

Ezlo chuckled and shook his head. "How cute." He mumbled, then looked at the castle. He could hear Vaati shouting already. "Josline, do you think you can warp inside his room?"
"I'm fine." Saya answered. "I don't know what to name him, he looks a lot like you." She mumbled as the baby's eyes moved up to meet Liam's eyes. Saya stroked his black hair away from his eyes.
"Silver, Silver, always running but with nowhere to hide." Darious taunted from one the shadows. He popped out suddenly right in front of her face and pulled her into a hug, leaning his lips closer to hers. "Now before you get angry, let me explain."
