"I keep live by keeping my health in proper training and eating good, healthy foods. I do not require sleep. It is something that distracts me from my duty too long."
Michael began looking around the room.
"What type of elemental compounds do you carry? I wish to see if I can repair my helmet. Does anyone wish to converse with me during the night or shall I keep watch?"

"How do you even... Man, I'm healthy. Very healthy, actually. Without sleep you'd be dead! Are you some weird species or something? You're obviously not a Hylian."
"I think we're all going to try and get some sleep, Michael. You can keep watch if you'd like." Zelda said. "But I am curious, how do you get by without it? I'm as healthy as can be and I need my sleep."
"Also, what's your helmet made of?" Mona asked. "I might have something."

Sarrianna stood behind Mona, leaning close and whispering "Thank you" to her. She then retreated to back by Zelda. She found herself yawning. It had been a long day, with injuries, train wrecks, and swimming. How will I ever forget being carried by Dark Link? She sighed inwardly. So humiliating.

Link studied the bottles from his position beside Zelda. He, too, was starting to feel the effects of the approaching night. He blinked to keep from yawning, but to no avail. He stretched and yawned.

Mona couldn't help but smile when Sarri thanked her. "Here, Michael, tell us about your odd condition while we go to the guest house." She began leading them out of the house across a bridge to another minuscule island with a few kiosks.
"Eyyyy! Wan' to buy ma hair grof serum? It grows yu hair back!"
"No Marty, we're cool." Mona glared at him for a second. "Him and that hair growth serum. Doesn't work at all... Wanna know what he really puts in there? Actually, wait. You probably don't wanna know. Anyway!"
The group hopped across some stones to yet another tiny island, this one harboring two little houses.

A little Papuchian girl approached the group. "Mowwaaa!" She exclaimed. "Wotcha doin'?"
Mona laughed and picked the girl up. She was no more than two. "This is Leila. I give her mom my potions regularly to help her husband. So I see this little cutie a lot." She hugged her tight.
"Wha' happened?"
"What's that, hun?"
"Wha' happened?" She pointed to the Wise One's house. "Is gramma alright?" Leila referred to the Wise One as gramma, mainly because she didn't know any better.
"Oh, some icky people came and tried hurting the village. But these people saved the day. Wave hi to them, Leila!"
She giggled and waved shyly.
"Hey, girly. I gotta go, these people are tired. I'll bring more potions tomorrow like your mom and I arranged, okay?" Mona put Leila down, who began jumping around a bit.
"Okay! Bye Mowa, bye people!" She hopped all the way back to her house to be scooped up by her mother and carried back inside.
"You guys have a very tight-knit community, here, like Wende told us earlier." Zelda said. She liked that aspect of the place. She unfortunately couldn't get that in such a big place like Hyrule.
The group began walking again as Mona spoke. "Yeah, around here, everyone knows each other. We all kind of work as one big function. If one of us is happy, it kind of radiates through the village to everyone. If one of us is hurt, we all pitch in to help them. Like Leila's dad. He was a guard at Hyrule castle, once. He's retired here, though, 'cause of a serious fight he once got into. His leg was permanently damaged, and he can't use it anymore. It hurts him quite a bit sometimes, so I make them potions to ease the pain, free of charge." She sighed and looked back at Leila's home. "He's been doing stronger, though! That's been liftin' everyone's spirits, lately. Unfortunately, with the recent events, I don't know how everyone's going to feel. They're probably a little spooked. Thanks to your help, though, their nerves will be calmed soon." She smiled. "Hoo! That took a breath. Anyway, we're here!" She turned towards the group, hands on her hips.
Behind Mona was a tall structure, similar in style to the Wise One's home. There were purple curtains and gold beads, with wood planks to hold the place up. Balconies lined the walls, overlooking the ocean.
"It was a big project of ours once, hopin' we'd get more visitors that way." She frowned, then laughed. "No one ever comes here, though. There's enough rooms for each of you to have your own. Most o' the good rooms are up on the top floor, by the way. I'll be sleepin' here too, as well. I'm goin' in the room on the bottom floor. Its door's the second to the left." Mona walked over to the door and opened the curtain. "After you." She motioned for them to all come in.

Ganondorf grew impatient waiting for his failed allies. He walked over to his crystal ball, honing in on Papuchia Village and seeing the group in front of the guest house, the sky darkening rapidly. He grinned, then saw an unfamiliar face. A girl with auburn hair, a tied red top, and a long, blue-tinted skirt. Bangles hung loosely from her arms, anklets on her bare feet. Whoever she was, she looked to be familiar with the group. He smiled even wider, a new plan in his head.

Still furious, Tenebre made his way towards Ganondorf, ripping the doors off their hinges.
"You said it would only be the twilight, the boy in green, and that princess! Where did this little girl and bomber girl come from? And why is your minion fighting for them as well? Care to explain why you forgot to mention so many things?"

Michael looked around, getting a few dirty looks from his previous visit. He could have sworn he saw the store he threw that man into.

Ganondorf turned calmly. "I said nothing of the sort. I wanted you to retrieve Michael, I didn't mention any challenges. And besides, I expected someone of your strength to have gotten him back easily. Care to explain why you've come back empty-handed?"
A Papuchian approached Mona cautiously, not taking her eyes off Michael. She whispered in his ear all the things he did before to the village.
"So that's why I heard all that commotion earlier." She said, eyes also watching Michael. "I'll take care of it, hun, okay?"
She frowned before leaving, worried for Mona.
"So... What went on? Did #13169 get a little angry, hm? Dunno what that was for. The rest of you guys should get to bed, by the way." She passed each of them a little vial of orange liquid. "Take it right before you go to sleep, as soon as you drink it, your pretty much knocked out immediately."
"Good night Mona, and thank you." Zelda smiled, then nodded to Michael before the group headed upstairs to the top floor.
"I'm not tired. I'm going to get a slice of bread. Let's chat. Want any bread?" Mona headed over to a corner with a small stove and a few cupboards, where she pulled out a fresh loaf delivered earlier that morning. "I'm still curious as to why you attacked the village. We're not really fighters, what provoked you?" She was angrier than she sounded, but she restricted how much she let out, she really didn't want to argue.

"A few of the civilians got hostile. When I was near some of the more public areas, they got hostile, mostly because I happened to be near the area most of their offspring relax and entertain themselves. But I only hurt the one who tried to strike me, it was unfortunate I didn't realize how sharp my claws were. I thought it was best to comply and leave before more than one person was hurt."
Michael walked over to Mona, then began looking through the shelves.
"I noticed you had interest in explosions and fire. Shall I teach you a display that many people watch using such things? They call it 'fireworks', because it looks like fire of different colours in the sky sometimes."
He scanned the shelves until he saw things he was looking for, grabbing the items and shaping, mixing, and putting them together.
"...If you want, I can show you how to make the colours change as well..."

Though Ganondorf was right, Tenebre was still thoroughly pissed off.
"You should at least tell me when new things pop up! If it wasn't for that mockery of organic matter, my first attack would have left them all unconscious! Then when they all teamed up on me, your little minion was so extremely NOT helpful!"

"Hostile. Papuchians? Jeez, I didn't know. ...Ohhh, you were at the playground. That makes a little more sense. And yeah, I do. I'm interested in any mixture that causes a big reaction. That's why I love potion makin'." She grinned, a little less angry now that he explained what happened. He did damage in defense, he didn't intend on hurting anyone. "I've loved it since I was a baby. Anyway, fireworks, you say?" Mona tested the word. "Sounds interestin'." She walked around to the other side of the counter to give him more walking space, then propped her elbows on it and rested her chin in her hands, watching him.

"Tenebre, calm yourself." While Ganon was angry himself, he didn't want Tenebre going around and smashing everything in sight like he usually did. "Go to the training grounds and let off some steam. I'm sure you've learned something from this battle. I expect less mistakes in the future." He turned back around to his crystal ball, obviously done with the conversation.

Zelda stood in the doorway of her temporary sleeping quarters, eyes scanning the area. A large, fuzzy purple rug covered most of the surface area, adorned with gold beads lining the edges. To her right was her bed, low-to-the-ground like everything else here. The linens matched the rug's color scheme, as well. A thin, blue mesh canopy hung from the ceiling to prevent bug bites in the summertime. The air was slightly humid, as a boiling pot of water sat over a tiny brick fireplace in the corner.
She yawned, even more tired than she thought. But there was one last thing she needed to do before she fell asleep. She opened up the dresser by the door, looking for some sort of first aid kit, which she found in the second-to-last drawer. Zelda grabbed the little box and walked over to the fire, plopping down beside it.
She began wrapping her arm, which she'd hurt earlier in the day from their first fight with Tenebre, then worked on her legs. The burn mark from Vaati still stung a little, but she couldn't do anything about it. Thinking of Vaati made her think of Miku. I hope she's alright... I miss my little sister.
Once she finished, she put the remaining gauze away, and stowed the first aid kit back in the dresser, gently picking up the potion, which she'd left on top of it. Orange liquid sloshed around in a clear, crystalline vial with a purple diamond on top.
She headed over to her bed, standing beside it and popping off the lid, sniffing the liquid a bit before tilting her head back and gulping it down.
Zelda began coughing, the mixture was disgusting. It tasted of cinnamon mint mixed with a heavy dose of citrus. Nonetheless, it did the trick. Her head began to hurt as the room spun around her. Sleepiness pulled down on her eyelids and she collapsed, half her body on the bed, legs hanging off the side. Zelda's consciousness was somewhere else, now. She felt her mind descend into some other world, and she prepared for the adventure to come.

Sunoka held the vile that had been given to her in her hand. She hadn't had any nightmare or vision that the others had. But the girl was curious, she wondered what it would be like to experience some of her dreams in person, instead of just remembering them. "It couldn't hurt, right?" Sunoka thought as she moved the vile closer to her mouth. "And maybe I'll be able to see in my dreams." She walked over to the bed and sat down on it. She slowly took the lid off and smelled it. The smell was strange, but Sunoka thought nothing of it. She'd had some food that smelled bad, but tasted good before. So maybe this vile was no different. The girl took a sip of it and nearly gagged on it. "Ugh! It tastes terrible!" She thought, she instantly started to feel sleepy. "I guess... it works..." The girl thought as she fell backwards on the bed and entered her own dreamland.

Dark didn't wait for Duo to answer and put a shadow portal on the ground to send himself back to Papuchia Village. He ended up falling right out in front of Link. "Oof!" Dark got to his feet. "Hey Link, What'd I miss?"

"Oh, one sec. Looks like someone new's here." Mona said to Michael, walking towards the sound and heading upstairs, seeing Dark Link. "Oh hey, Link's twin. Everyone's going to bed soon, so I suggest you take one of these. It'll let you explore your visions ya'll have been having." She happened to have a couple extras, so she took out a vial and tossed it to him. "Just take any unoccupied room. You guys don't need to share." She then looked between Link and Dark Link. "Well, uh, unless you guys want to." She laughed. "I'll be downstairs with Michael if you guys need anythin'." Mona then proceeded to head back downstairs and started watching Michael again.

Michael moved deliberately slowly, so she could see what he was doing and what he took and how much. Most humans would go crazy after a bit with his speed, but then again he wasn't fully human, about one-third, maybe fourth, of the species. He showed her something with a cylindrical shape that ended in an abruptly wide, cone-shaped end, the point facing away from the cylinder. A fuse was on the back, and when he saw Mona looking at his work with interest, he felt a bit of...he thought it was pride? He liked the feeling, it made him want to do the job better. He held the item out to her.
"Careful, I'm almost done the other seven. Do you have any means of getting them high into the sky?"

Indeed, Mona was in awe at the new contraption. She picked it up gently. "So oxidizers, binding agents, and lots of gunpowder, right? And hm... Wouldn't something like this be able to shoot itself up towards the sky, or would it only get so far on its own? We could build a stand for it and set it off. Just wondering, how loud will this be? I don't wanna wake the others while they're exploring their visions."
