Yeah, rotaries are ******** finicky as s**t. But they have so much damn potential. They're not limited by how high you can rev it. Most tuned RX-7's rev as high as 11k As do I. I thought the sky lines weren't street legal in the US.
Edit: Ok, my bad, I shouldn't have assumed your friend was in the US.

The skyline is street legal everywhere as long as its not tinkered with.
and the Skyline is often tinkered with.

and he isn't in the US you are correct xD "It Means 'Run Jaft Run'.'" The only skyline that's even remotely legal in the US is the R-33. The reason the most popular ones are illegal, are the fact that they can't be modified to US emissions standards, save for the R-33...which is a POS. Thanks guys! It's nice to be appreciated... But don't give me too much credit, I know a little about cars but most of it is because I've got a lot of friends who are big into their cars. I guess I just pay attention. Or maybe I'm too modest.. 4laugh

Most people are just content with knowing how to turn it on and pressing the gas.
