Vaati snarled when he realized what exactly was going to happen. He wanted to throw a fit. He increased the size of his own tornado before he warped to another roof top. Vaati summoned his fire spell, the same on that burnt his hands, and let the flame drop down onto to the roof before he warped away.

Kaze grinned as he increased the size of his own tornado and got away before the two collide. When the two forces of nature collided, they negated each other and, after a while, vanished. Kaze gave a sigh of relief and looked around at the partially destroyed town. "At least I stopped it before it destroyed too much of the town." He said as he looked around for Josline.

Arious suddenly stopped. "Hold on.. I shall be back..." He set April down and rushed out of the house. He closed his eyes. "Kaze..." He slid into the shadows... and finding his friend he emerged. He was getting faster at it. "His eyes glowed dark red. "What is going on?! Vaati..?"
Shadow laughed. "Well excuse me! I was just curious! But I still would like to know... Think about it! It could happen to you... and you can't escape it... It's like an incurable disease." He grinned. "Trust me... I know.. I've been infected." He laughed again then took another sip of his wine.
Liam widened his eyes. "She was running from him? But.. Why?" He rubbed his chin. "Saya... I have a request.. It would make things a lot easier... I want to read your mind... look through your memories. I need to know the truth... I won't read them with out your permission... I attempted to do it to my father.. but... He was enraged and I was told never to do it again.. Is maybe that he was hiding this from me?"

Kaze looked over at Arious and was surprised to see his red eyes. "Huh? oh, yeah... Vaati has changed. I don't know what, but something has changed him." He explained and looked up to where Vaati had vanished.

Opal was grabbed by the moblins as she tried to force them to let her go, a blast of wind fired them backwards but she already felt the tornado had dissipated. She felt weak from using her goddess powers, her mortal body not being able to contain the exhaustion like a god could.
April watched as her father ran off and stood up and followed after him. She wanted to know why he was running off so soon and saw as he slid into the shadows. But when she reached out he was not there. She looked around confused. "Dad? DAD?!" April shouted looking around. The streets were empty.
Josline had managed to get everyone out of the town in time. She saw the tornado touch down. And she saw a second tornado touched down and almost screamed, her hands at her mouth. As soon as the second one touched down she raced back into the town without any thought. She looked up seeing the two tornados disappear, then looked at the destruction of the town. It reminded back in the war with the Shinra. "Kaze?! Kaze, where are you?!" She called out.

"Shadow, I do not want to be thinking about this, you incompetent half-breed!" Darious shouted, glaring at him with daggers. He rolled his eyes and sunk back into his chair for another gulp of wine.
Saya didn't hesitate. She knew everything Lisaya did in vivid detail. "Of course. Then you'll see low your father truly is."

Kaze heard Josline voice and looked over in her direction. "Josline! Over here!" He shouted before he turned back to talk to Arious.

Josline heard Kaze's voice and ran over to him, almost stumbling over to the rubble. "Are you alright?! I saw the second tornado and I thought-" She said, not finishing her sentence, she turned her face away.

"Yeah, I'm fine, I created the second tornado to stop Vaati's tornado." Kaze explained and smiled at her. He placed one hand on her shoulder, and the other below her chin, slowly pulling her gaze back to him.

"What were you doing?" Vaati shouted, his ears flying back in rage. He grabbed her by the collar and pulled her close.

Kaze gazed into Josline's eyes. "Shh, it's alright, I'm still here." He said compassionately as he kissed her.

Shadow smirked. "Yeah yeah.. Mr. Heartless..." He then got an idea. "Perhaps you don't want to answer my questions because there is someone already?" He raised an eyebrow.
Liam took Saya's hands. "This will take but a second..." He closed his eyes and searched the woman's memories. He saw his mother's and searched until he saw everything. Suddenly he let go of Saya's hands. "My God... How could he... How could he have done those things...." He put his hand to his mouth. "He deceived her... He forced her into things... He coincided with a murder... That..." He stood up, hiding blue green eyes. "Helios... I can't believe this.."
Arious looked at Kaze, his blood red eyes serious. "What happened... here? I felt power... "

Kaze held up his index finger to tell Arious to wait one minute. It was rude to interrupt a compassionate kiss.

Josline felt him kiss her as she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him back, holding him close. She did want... not ever... not again. She felt more tears run down her face.
Opal flinched when he grabbed her by the collar. "... This isn't you Vaati, why are you acting like this? Please tell me, I'm worried about you..." Opal avoided the question. She didn't want Vaati to die. She loved him so much, but she would try to stop him.
April ran to the destroyed part of the city and gasped as she looked around. She heard voices with her elf ears and ran off towards them. She saw her father not far from her. "Dad!" She shouted, running but tripped and fell over.
