head grip is the person who moves all the equipment. that is my position on this film, my job is to move all the equipment and know at any given time where some pease of equipment is and whats its condtion. its generaly the buysiest and hardest job and you get the least amount of added knowledge from it as you do it more and more.

Siani ^might not be learning a whole lot, but ^ may be getting all buff and such.
<> is trying to find the bright side of ^'s situation. I dont really care about geting buff, and athough its a hard job and not my prefered job, I cant say that im unhappy. Im working with a nice group of people who are all friendly so its a good environment. Plus I cant complain seen as I volintered to give up my weekend last min to help this director out.
