If you keep an EI equipped and it evolves then you can keep that previously equipped EI pose while being able to access the new poses. (It's how I have the turtle and the circlet equipped even though I only have one Fremere's Guard).

Uh it's rather weird. Let's leave it at I like it less than most of your other avi's. There is just something about the way the clothes, fire and tail work together that some how makes you look slightly awkward.
