I've never been to Germany, but I want to someday. I have a friend who moved from Germany and talks about it all the time.

It's not very spectacular around here. The people are boring and most of them are calling the police for some reason. Just imagine what happens if someone "unusual" enters one of those suburbs...

Holiday week in the US?
Nonsense. Sure, this week involved more movies, practices, and fire than most others, but that doesn't mean people actually pay attention to the real holiday: getting away with high treason.
Hooray High Treason and the lack of such existence in the current country out side of the military, I guess!

Why not a holiday? They have a holiday in the UK for *not* getting away with high treason: Guy Fawkes day! wink
