Hyssis I was going to keep going with my kittens today and animate a little bit but it turns out that's going to take me more than one "finish an earlier work" day to do (who knew rolleyes ) so I did a moose real quick to turn in today while I keep working on kitties. Haha, I know how that feels. I don't have any experience with animation, but I'm turning my Baroque picture into this mixed media thing with collage... and collage takes foreeeeeeever. xp Been working on it for two hours already and probably not even halfway done. I'm lucky that I didn't have anything else pressing to do today. XD I think it would be totally fair to keep working on the same piece for several "finish/improve" days, though, if you wanted. Though your moose is pretty damn cool for an emergency moose.

CynHimawari2828 Lol, I don't know if you ever heard of him, but this reminds me of a guy on youtube called Pewdiepie when he's playing games and can never remember things right. xd i thought the same thing. sweatdrop gallery pictures reminded me of his playthrough of ib.

This is exactly how I felt when playing Slikers' flash game, "Stupid Game." Especially when you had to either count the leaves, or count the candy pieces. >.<

Shestval Blue Salt For tomorrow's theme of "Finish/improve an earlier drawing" does this have to be a drawing that was done during this particular contest? Can this be something I might of started a while ago (or in my case something I did in last years contest) and then show the before and after image? Hmm! Well, it's intended to be for drawings done during this event. I was going to say "just find a different theme that fits the drawing and slip it in there instead" but if it was drawn during last year's event, I don't know! I read this after I started my picture... poops. X'D

I was thinking about this anyway, and it seems best for the tone of the event to allow people to finish pictures that they drew prior to the event. As long as what you turn in is finished and/or obviously very labor-intensive. Go for it. biggrin

I ended throwing my hands up and going with Memory. X'D

i was planning to colour this whole drawing digitally but it seriously took me 45 minutes to do this much and i have 0 time because i have work tomorrow. tomorrow i'll try to draw something good to make up for this being so terrible. maybe i can finish this if there's another 'improve a drawing' day later.
day 10- improve an earlier drawing:

Day 10 - Finish/Improve a previous picture Update of Day 7 - Baroque. This took me like two and a half hours... hopefully I'll keep working on it! 9,

updated! There seems to be a lot of confusion about the "finish/improve" theme, and now I feel bad. sweatdrop The idea is to allow people to create finished pieces during the 100 days without necessarily eating up hours and hours of a single day. I personally REALLY loved them last year and almost always took that option, so the finish/improve themes appear every 10 days this year. So if you've got a bigger illustration you'd like to do or if you end up really loving a sketch you do for a different theme, this is your chance to make a really fantastic piece! Otherwise it would be hard to do certain things within the confines of the 100 day challenge (collage, animation, paintings both digital or traditional, heavy detail work, etc)! Hopefully that clears some things up. The intent wasn't to stress anyone out, sorry.
