Everyone has such pretty clothes! I have a lot of dresses but none that would really be considered lolita I think... I really hope I can learn how to sew 3nodding But anyhoo heres a piccie. Not really lolita, but I love the dress

Dressed up pretty casual yesterday to meet up with a local lolita I've been trying to meet with for about six months. Eight? Long time in any case. I have horrible luck with these things and kept having ice storms hit, car parts breaking, flu bugs attacking, or project deadlines moving. I finally managed to get my a** out of this town yesterday, drove two hours to the meeting place and got to spend a fun-filled day of shopping, eating, wandering through the downtown, and talking ourselves hoarse with another lolita. In short, it rocked. This is what I wore:
Sorry for the messy hair, but I wanted to show the little butterfly clips. I took these after I got home (and had been rained on. My luck gave out right before I left for home and I ended up making the return journey through rain, a bit of fog, and slushy roads). Also, you can see my roommate's Jane Austen sculpture project in the background. She freaks out passersby who don't realize that it isn't a real person in the window.
I had a real blast, though, and can't wait to get together again soon!

You look real cute spuntino regardless of it being casual or not. I love the shade of the dress and the butterfly clips are pretty.

Finished our dresses and had a mini photoshoot today ^_^ btw, if you cant tell me apart from my twin, I am wearing the light colored dress w/ the pink hair sweatdrop Of course, I brought the guns :3    umbrella gun vs. pistol, THIS is how hardcore rori's settle disputes XD

Chibi Rat you're amazing Cryrin I love your hat! how much would you charge for one? Thank you! The price I charge depends upon a lot of different things, mostly to do with materials. I have done everything from using pre-made felt hat bases and softer nylon lace to using actual millinery skills to construct a wired buckram frame and cover it in fabric with cotton or venice lace, higher quality flowers, etc. The perfectionist in me greatly prefers to go the higher quality route of making it all myself (it just bothers me to sell anything that isn't of the best quality possible), but the time and effort involved (lots and lots of tiny handstitches) greatly increases the price.
