But quit the "I'm ugly" thing! Everyone thinks they are ugly except the people who don't. but then lots of them actually are, except those who know they are gorgeous and actually are.

There's a lot going on in that post and I'm not sure that it all makes sense...

The first sentence could be a reference to those that I like to refer to as "ugly hot girls". They are the girls that really aren't good looking, but are so confident in what they do have that they completely fool everyone around them into thinking that they are pretty.

Unfortunately, as soon as that "but" comes in there, you've lost me...
