Eva just smiled softly and laughed. "It's alright, I'm the one who took your hand... but I thought you'd let go by now." Eva said looking towards the sky. The sun's rays were just peeking from the west, it wouldn't be long before the moon decided to show it's face. "I must go..." She said bowing and moving into the shadows before she started to transform.

"Who... White. Can I be alone for a few minutes?" Link asked as he stepped into his room and closed the door. He looked into the mirror. He was was dirty, and he could still see the cut on his cheek. It stung when he touched it. That was when he noticed the shield on his bed.

Link compared his shield to the one Zelda got him. It was the same design but the new one wasn't dented with peeling paint. Link attached the new shield to his back and placed the old on his bed. "Thanks, Zelda."

Zelda smiled. "You're welcome. And it was no trouble. I was bored,so I went to town, and there it was." She realized something. "Was there something you wanted to talk about Link? You asked Black to leave us alone."

Zelda looked Link in the eyes. "Link, just tell me. If you're like me, getting what you're about to say will make you feel much better." I know I felt better when I told White my secret... she thought. She had no idea what he was going to say to her, and she wanted to tell him how she felt afterwards.

Zelda was surprised. "Really? Link, I feel the same way," she said. "I wanted to tell you... then you left and..." Tears started forming in her eyes. "Link, I've loved you since I first met you. I love everything about you. Your attitude, how you're willing to do anything for anyone else, how you're never rude or mean if you can help it, at least that's how you seem..."
