'You're father-' Charlie said under her breath before her eyes widened. Oh... Oh that Xanatos. She hoped she masked her realization not wanting to do something that might Charlie stared after Ezra as the older woman walked away from her smiling back a little faintly at her retreating back. Did..was she inconveniencing her and Alex. Maybe Ezra was mad. Maybe Alex was mad she glanced at him sighing. She imagined he hadn't planned on teaching her. Sending those thoughts away-or trying to she turned her attention to Storm. The dragon grinned at Critias as he came to sniff her tilting her head to the side when he said it was weird she didn't know how to change back. 'Hey I've been alive for about a week' Storm said huffily but without malice. 'At least I knew to come here.' Charlie smiled and patted Storm on the head as she listened to Alexander's explanation of Magic. ''Okay so not like The Skeleton Key.'' she muttered. Good. Possession made for good jump scares but it really wasn't something she wanted to go through. She listened intently hands resting on top of Storm's head as Alexander gave...a lot of information. Okay..thats..a lot to process. ''So I could be a magician...just by being a dragonlord.'' she said as she took everything in. None of the other magic sounded like anything she had and Ezra had said she was from another world altogether. Wouldn't that mean the people here had something she didn't. She was gonna need a cup of tea soon.
''Your welcome.'' Storm said cheekily seemingly unaware of her partner's inner thoughts. Charlie flicked one of her dragon's head fins wincing a little as she did so. Charlie's eyes widened when she saw the white energy in Alexander's hand, backing away a bit. ''I could do that.'' she asked in awe right around the time Storm perked up with''hey breath attack I know that one.'' Charlie quickly moved her hands to Storm's snout, keeping it close-and unable to try a dragon breath attack. The dragon blinked up at Charlie curiously ''Storm just..give me a bit okay.'' Both dragon and girl looked towards Critias when he mentioned Storm might want to change sizes. Storm pouted a bit. She..she liked being big. ''but flying's the best'' the dragon said tilting her head to the side in confusion when Critias mentioned it being tiresome. How could you not want to fly. ''Storm..please listen to him and try.'' Charlie said rubbing her forehead. Storm nodded, turning towards Critias again. ''So what I just...think about being small. And then I'm small'' the dragon asked.

Alex thought as Critias winced a bit in thought"well .... it's not so much as thinking as feeling. like i wanna be with Alex more so i wanna be this size. when we train and fly up in the sky i become the size of a horse. when i wanna intimidate a bully i become taller than the buildings"the dragon said as Alex scratched the back of his head "magic isn't all thought ... most of it comes from here-" he said tapping his chest over his heart "corny i know, but it seems to do the trick"
"were Shiro here, she'd agree with me" Alice said somewhat stubbornly "plus my family has no filter, better to be harsh with the truth than sweet with a lie after all" she said as Merle came back hearing Happy and shook his head "that ... and he's a major a**hole. and ... well-""you weren't so high up yourself?" Alice suggested crossing her arms taking Merle aback "yes i was .... distant with you all. i was hurting and your dad did say he couldn't do anything so-" he said as Alice frowned deeper at that "we'll find the guy who stabbed your dad ... if we can get his blade then dad might be able to make a way to wake him up, but until then ... please try to get along with everyone?" she asked pleadingly making Merle sigh then nod "i make no promises"

Carla and Sora highly doubt it, Alice talked about Shiro agreeing with her, sure Shiro saw her parents past, mainly from Eve Tearn's memories. She and Sora figured out she got her proper lady attitude from her late mother, while Shiro was sad about her mother's death from complicated childbirth. Sora couldn't argue with Alice's stubborn, then she and Thwane looked at Merle. Letting both Alice and Merle talk, they glanced at each other, "You know Thwane might push Alice away," he pointed out, Sora nodded, "Maybe," she simply replied. Carla gave both Alice and Merle a stern look, "I hope you two enough chit chat, but Happy and I have to prepare to surprise Neel for our egg," she said to them, before she flew away. Happy raised his paw, "Aye! Neel will be happy when he finally have his own cat," he said very childishly and flew off to follow his wife. Sora and Thwane watched two exceeds fly off.

Charlie's lips formed a thin line when Alexander said most magic came from the heart. She didn't think that would bode well for her. After all she was a bookworm, often placing fact and knowledge in a more trusting place than things like feelings, let alone an abstract concept such as heart. If she had to learn by feeling rather than books...maybe she wouldn't be good at this. She stared at Storm as the dragon tilted her head to the side, taking in the words that Critias said. Closing her eyes the dragon found herself shrinking becoming the size of a small dog. The dragon kept her wings but now they came up to a bit above Charlie's knee. ''Wow'' she said now looking up at Alexander '''you're really tall'' ''You did it'' Charlie said with a smile, looking down at her now smaller dragon.
Storm for her part smiled with all the cocksure confidence her rider seemed to lack. ''Yup. Like Critias said, just felt it'' she said smiling at Charlie. She wasn't sure why she hadn't seem to remember these things but she found instintc seem to be a good guide when things were explained once. She pounced excitedly landing at Charlie's feet ''told ya, now that we're here with other dragon lords, we can learn everything. Tall guy here can even teach us'' Charlie smiled despite herself giving Alexander an apologetic at her dragon assuming he'd just teach them-after all they had just met. ''She's...very excited about this.'' she offered by way of explanation.

"she has the sensitivity of a blunt axe"Alice muttered about Carla as Merle smiled softly at Alice then looked at Thawne "Alice i have to agree ... not that i doubt your skills but ... i think you might be better to spring a trap mystically than ... um ..." he said trying to find a way to say 'seductively' without saying it "being out of your comfort zone?" he offered as Alice raised an eyebrow"fine"she sighed out as Merle nodded then looked to Thawne and Sora "we better get everything in place ... try to find an empty spot when you get there ... and Thawne" he said looking to the knight and raised an eyebrow "try not to stare too hard"

Thwane widen his blood colored eyes from Merle, "I am not going to stare at her Pendragon!" he protested about staring at Sora in bikini. She smiled brightly to Merle and Alice, ignoring about staring part, "Well that settles the plan to draw Girder out, I better help Jace-kun shopping for swim trunk. See you two at Ryutsuze Land," she said to that plan was settled, then she take Thwane to downtown. Thwane didn't expected Sora to drag him, "Hey! You don't have to drag me!" he said to her, not knowing the reporter Jason saw Sora, Thwane, Merle, and Alice not too far from their location. After putting on his swim trunk, Lupus got the call from Nashi as he answered the call and place his lacrima phone near his ear, "Hello Nashi... Really, you just accidentally speed dialed my number, so are you and Neel okay... That's good to hear... Revenants, huh. That is new... Okay okay, I will be outside of the motel soon," he talked to her, yet puzzled written over his face about why she sounded bit nervous. He head out of the room and going to main entrance.

''friends of yours'' she asked turning it over in her head. So far, Alex hadn't given her any reason not to trust her and she could use all the help she could get in figuring stuff out. ''Sounds good, lead the-'' she said before he added that they'd be awake soon ''they..were sleeping'' she asked adding the new information to what she had already been told. ''She came out of nowhere in an alleyway behind a bookstore'' Charlie said pointing to Storm who only grinned up at her rider. ''And I'm...in a magical realm with the son of a business Tycoon from my world..I don't think much can surprise me'' she said as though she was smiling. with a slight shrug, Alex let a smirk crawl across his lips as Critias jumped off and Alex took off after him before jumping in the air and landed on a horse-sized Critias who hovered in the air while Alex stood on his back looking at Charlie "if you're certain ... then try to keep up" he said before letting out a laugh and landed in a seated position as the white dragon took off to a large area that looked like a garden plaza and landed on the ground looking around before spying what he was searching for. no one in Crocus seemed to notice nor care the new decor to their city: seven gargoyles perched against the walls of the outside, one of the seven looked almost like a dog. as he looked out to see the sun slowly set, Alex took in a breath and looked down at the nearest gargoyle: a large muscular one in a sitting thinker-style pose "alright .... give Erza some clarity if any" he said to himself as the sun went completely down and instantly the stone statues started to crack and the creatures within started to move and with a loud roar-like yawn, flew the chunks of stone off them and climbed up to the plaza to see Alex stand there looking amazed at them. each of them were confused until one of them inched towards him"Alex?"he asked as Simon smiled and at once all of them rushed him into a hug and the dog one hopped up and brought him down sending Critias to hover in the air and started licking him "ack! ok ok enough" he said laughing before getting up"you've gotten older .... i am sorry we could not save you"the purple male said solemnly "it's ... not your fault" Alex said as Critias landed on his shoulder again"woah ... is that a dragon?"the large blue one asked making Critias give a toothy smile "i think we'll need to get each other up to speed soon"
smirking a bit, Merle took off in a blue blur to get ready for the trap taking Alice with him

Nashi smiled at her little brother, "Neel, why don't you go ahead and find Happy and Carla, while Lupus and I need to talk," she said to him, who grinned, "Are you two finally dating?" he asked, leaves both Lupus and Nashi bewildered with red face, "You are very cheeky!""WE ARE NOT GOING OUT!" they declined, Nashi still stubborn to admit it, unknownist to her Lupus did like her, but he knew her stubborn personality too well. Neel pouted, then sudden came up with childish mind, "Oh I know, Lupus I might nicknaming you and your twin brother either Nightwing or Dark Knight!" he proclaimed as he gave Lupus a childish nickname, in much of younger twin dismay. All of Fairy Tail members entered Ryutsuze Land, Cecil was about to step in, but the female voice spoken to his right, "Your eyes are like amethyst, it suits you," she spoken out, this stopped him. He turned his head and see the teenage girl smiling at him, she appear to be around his age. He rubbed back of his white hair, "Thanks for the compliment," he replied to her, she walked towards him, continue to stare at his purple eyes, "Your welcome, and I have to admit I was watching the game and saw you by my binocular. Your eyes and hair are shining through the sunlight," she replied and admit that she was watching him. Cecil felt like he has a stalker as he gave her a bland expression, "Are you planning to stalk me?" he asked her suspiciously, she shook her head and poke his nose, "Not my style," she replied with a little teasing flirt and step back a bit. He wondered about the teenage girl, however he can tell she's a flirt. To his perspective, she doesn't have any wizard guild mark, he was guessing she's not a wizard. Cecil smiled at her and held his hand for a hand shake, "That's good, I'm Cecil Oblivion," he replied and introduce himself. The girl smiled back and shook her hands, "Irena Dubrovna."
Charlie found herself mirroring Alex’s smirk. While here's was a little less sharp, she couldn’t help the thrill of feeling herself be given a challenge. It was a similar feeling as playing chess for money in Central Park, or coming out on top in an academic competition. She liked that feeling. Storm for her part, found herself pouting. ( something that made Charlie giggle as she didn’t know Dragons could Do that) “I just got small now you want me to get big again” the dragon mumbled but turned into her full form regardless. Charlie mounted on top of her and braced herself as Storm took off after Critias. It didn’t take her too long to catch up. Charlie gave out a yelp of surprise as Storm twirled around Critias grinning at him playfully as she managed to get ahead of him for a bit. Before having to pull back because...well, he knew where they were going.
“Please don’t do that again without warning” Charlie muttered, relaxing her grip as her ride wasn’t..upside down anymore. Storm just laughed and sped up to see where Critias had been taking them to, what looked like a Plaze with...interesting decor. Seriously this dragon would be the end of her. “You’re friends with statues?” Storm inquired, showing all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. Charlie flicked one of her head fins in slight reproach, though she had been about to say the same thing. Both dragon and rider gave a slight startled cry-Storm flying backwards a bit behind Critias- when the Gargoyles seemed to come to life. They watched as the Gargoyles seemed to get acquainted with Alex and the dog one started licking. As it seemed Alex did know him Charlie and Storm inched closer-Storm giving Critias a glance and following his lead, becoming terrier-sized again. “So these are your friends?” she asked, smiling amicably at the creatures although her hands were fiddling with her scarf again. Storm for her part peered at them curiously saying at the same time “Uh..yeah course he’s a dragon. Aren’t you? Wait what are you?”

"of course we aren't dragons. we're gargoyles"the large blue one said as the muscular purple one one smiled kindly at Charlie and Storm"you must forgive Broadway, even in the old days dragons were thought to be legends. it is ... surprising to say the least"he said as Alex crossed his arms "says the gargoyle who breaks free from stone when the sun sets" he said as the red one shrugs"not that weird. i'm Brooklyn by the way, the big guy there is Goliath"Brooklyn said motioning to the strong purple gargoyle who nodded"then there's Hudson"he said as an older one with a sword on his hip nodded with a smile as the dog one whimpered for attention which Alex obliged with by rubbing it's head"Bronx was excited to see you again Alex we just couldn't leave him behind"he said as Alex looked to the smallest olive colored one and tilted his head "Lexington" Alex said softly as the young gargoyle smiled"you remembered""sort of ... it was like the name just popped into my head" he said before looking towards the only female there standing next to Broadway who was purple like Goliath "Angela"she said with a smile "glad i get to meet you all again, this is Charlie and Storm" he said gesturing to the two as Critias introduced himself as well "well ... this is gonna be interesting to introduce you all to my family" he said making all of them look to him in confused shock

Nashi and Lupus were heading to the the floor, where their rooms were locate, "So, what is it you want to talk about?" he asked her. Nashi glanced at him shyly, "I will tell you when we arrive at Ryutsuze Land," she replied to avoid embarrassment. Lupus was puzzled from that answer, Nashi fast walked towards Dragneel's room before she closed it behind her, leaving him dumbstruck, "What the h*ll was all about?" he asked himself, and was about to enter his room, but the door was open to reveal Sora and Shiro in their swimsuit. This surprise him, "Oh, hey you two," he greet his sister and her friend, Winter looked at Lupus as she's on Shiro's shoulder. Sora smiled at her older brother, "Hi Lupus-nii-chan, Shiro-chan and I are already change our swimsuits. You can use it, Noctis-kun and Cecil-nii-san are already heading to water park," she greets her older brother, and inform about Noctis and Cecil are already on the way. Lupus was also aware Girder might be around, Shiro smiled at Lupus with her arms cross, "Don't worry about Tony Woodworth. Prince Merlin, Sir Jason, and Alice will watch her back, then we will catch him" Shiro told him about the plan Lupus nodded in acknowledgment, "Alright, but be careful you three, you all know how persistent Tony is, especially you Sora," he replied and tell three girls to be cautious, especially Sora. Sora nodded before she and Shiro wave him as they exit the motel. Lupus headed to his room and change. Cecil and Irena headed inside the Ryutsuze Land, Irene dragged him to water slide, passing Makarov, Marco, and Wakaba sobbing state because they won't see Mitsuki in swimsuits. Cecil looked at the waterslide, and recognize one, "Hey Irena, that's the love slide, only the couple can slide together," he asked her, but Irena shrugged, "Oh I know, but what's so fun about two of us sliding together, amethyst eyes," she flirts with him as she called his pet name. Cecil blush a bit, "Why do you think my eyes are like amethyst to you?" he asked her, passing his parents, his father noticed his eldest son as he slightly widen his purple eyes like he saw her somewhere. Irena turned her head towards him with flirty smile, "Aren't you cute... but I will tell you right after the slide," she replied before they head to stair. Yami keep his eyes on Irena, Hikari noticed her husband as she tilting her head, "Yami-kun, what's wrong?" she asked him, Yami narrowed his eyes, "That girl with Cecil, she's on wanted poster for cat burglar," he replied about the wanted poster. Hikari widen her bright blue eyes and grew worried, "A cat burglar, then why Cecil-kun is with her?""I honestly don't know, maybe try to use him for Fairy Tail's valuables."
"What's a gargoyle?" Storm asked scrunching up her nose at Broadway's answer. "They were believed to guard buildings from evil during Medieval times" Charlie answered almost immediately "term originates from the french gargouille which means gullet although there are variations such as being known as Hunky punk in the sumerset dialect." she noticed Storm staring at her and quickly trailed off. Had it gotten quiet all of a sudden? Was she doing that thing where she infodumped paragraphs from books again? "I..I read a lot okay." she said hands flying to her scarf again. "although I don't remember books mentioning this" she said looking back up as introductions were being made. She wasn't sure why it was surprising that Alex remembered his friends ( after all they were friends right?) but kept that to herself waving when Alex introduced her and Storm who sniffed at Bronx and peered at him curiously. "It's nice to meet you all" she said before turning to Alex listening as he talked about how it'd be interesting to introduce her to all his family "Do you have a lot of family?" she asked
ooc; i had to look up Gargoyle histore in wikipedia..finding out there are places they're called hunky punks tho...sorta worth it XDD.

hearing Charlie's information, everyone glanced at her before Broadway smiled at her"you should visit the library in Manhattan if you like to read, i'm almost ashamed for a time i didn't much care for reading ... had to hear someone read from the Scrolls of Merlin, his diary, just to realize what i was missing"he said as Goliath smiled "to answer your question ... yes and no. depends on how you view family i suppose"
Igneel was sitting with Natsu with a cup of tea telling him of the cover story that was decided: how Nashi and Neel were obsessing over every book in the store before he made sure they, along with Mick, had their fire magic on point "you know, for only learning their fire magic through a recording lacrima, they are quite skilled for their level. you must be quite proud with them as i am with you" he said before taking a sip before frowning slightly to himself "i just hope they will be ready to face adversities like a true Dragon"

Nashi told us they accidently burn down the forest or some buildings, but their opponents just started it. My kids are ready to be like true dragon," he replied with a wide grin, he's actually proud of destruction his kids caused. Lucy pouted and lowered her sunglasses to give her husband a pouty expression, "I swear Nashi, Neel, and Mick are picking up your antic, I don't want them develop your bad habit," she said to him, Natsu looked over his shoulder as he begin to whine, "Awww come on Lucy, give them some credit. After you gave Nashi Loki's gate key," he whined at her like a child. Lucy looked at him for a while before she smiled because he's cute when he's childish, "She only have Aquarius and Loke's gate key. Master Merlin taught them all of knowledge," she replied to him about Nashi now have both Leo and Aquarius Gate Key, "Plus, Nashi is not ready to become an owner of Taurus," she added about The Golden Bull which Nashi was too young for handle Taurus, due to his pervert. Natsu groaned in annoyance because Lucy will keep Taurus' key until Nashi was old enough to become an owner, he mostly didn't like Taurus freely commenting on Lucy's body figure. It didn't take long,until both Natsu and Lucy heard Neel excited voice, and he's coming straight towards his parents with Happy following him. Both parents noticed Neel holding an egg, "Neel, is that what we think it is..." she asked her son. Lucy and Natsu looked at Happy, who gave them a cheerful tone, "Aye, we want to surprise Neel," he briefly explained, "And you really did cat," the female voice spoken out causing Dragneels and Happy turned their attention to see a fair complexion woman with green hair and snake-like blue eyes, she also have some snake scale over her cheeks, arms, and legs. Additionally, she has two lotus clips on her head, she's just relaxing on the pool, while laid on the floatie. Natsu, Lucy, and Happy wondered who was this woman, but Neel was shocked, "When did you freely open your gate Viper!?" Neel exclaimed towards the woman named Viper. Viper looked at Neel as she smiled at him, "Just when you arrived close to the pool, why don't you introduce your parents to-" she replied until her snake-like blue eyes laid on Lucy as she observed her face, "I guess that explains where Nashi gotten her face from," she said to Lucy with warm tone, Lucy was bashful, "Umm thanks, but who are you?" she replied and asked her name. Neel beamed, "Mom, Dad, Grandpa and Happy, this is Viper. She is one of 12 Eastern Zodiac, she's known as the Snake," he introduce his parents, Igneel, and Happy to his Celestial Spirit friend, "Why hello there," she greeted her master's parents like motherly tone. This time both Lucy and Natsu were shock, "She's a snake! I thought she's a dragon!!"
