I have no idea when or if it comes to the UK.
But considering Death Note's popularity, and that a fair few games adapted from mainstream anime have been translated into English, I wouldn't be surprised.
In fact, I'm surprised it hasn't happened earlier.
We just need to keep our fingers crossed.

Guys this thread is over two years old. If it hasn't come out now that the english dub has finished I don't think it will be released outside of japan.
