1. cracking a brand new china cymbal during a concert.

2. breaking a xylophone mallet right in half. *the ball that you hit the keys with* (done that twice xD)

3. accidently getting excited and throwing your mallet into the audiance while doing a glise.

4. racing with your marching drums on across the football field.

5. using a snare stick as a triangle beater because the band director is directing with the beater itself.

Having a crash cymbal strap break and fall down to the ground right at the end of the song.

6. having the entire section switching sticks before practice and playing that way the entire time.

I guess that's it for me xP.

we do it for fun as well razz but the funniest time was when the entire band was running to get from the football field to the gym, which was a good whiles away, because it was pouring rain. Now that was a race xP

Our ceiling is multiple panels of some materiel, I don't know what, and full of holes. And what are the holes made from? Why drumsticks of course.

I play a drum set and i busted my snare, my stick combusted from over use and bein hit so hard, my symbol fell over , my hi hat got stuck together, and my bases foot petal broke all in one night
and then my peice of crap stool colapsed with me on it, and i bled my knuckles as we call it (i hit them on the rim of the snare)

then i was drumin with my buddy that night and he has 2 snares on literally fell apart annd the other broke, then he hit his base so hard withe the petal tere was a hole, he broke 3 of his 5 crash symbols and his chair broke too my buddy hit himself in the face with his sticks

on top od that our base guitar got into an acident and our both of guitar players strings broke

ps me and my buddies get together to drum i'm a freshman our parents were so mad

so what do ya think of that one

in the middle of a contest we had our whole pit trap, a big metal frame with stuff strapped or clipped on, fall apart ... so we, me and another guy, just air played our parts and we made all 1's! But our HBD(head band director) was pissed because come to find out the drum-line had "loosened" the pins. So to get them back we hid all of the heads for a week. That was great times....

lets see, while restringing one of our marimba's all the key's feel off and our other marimba was getting taken off of a truck and the keays all came off, the resinators on my vibe fall off everytime we go over concrete so we had to literally tie it all up...our other vibe the felt was imprinted on thnks to the keys so now we have fabric felt becasue they dont make the felt for that vibe anymore and we have like 10 peices of that felt glued together...our chimes have fallen on my head when taking them over grass and have fallen with the chime things falling out thanks to dylan...our magic box injured our timpanist, our gong never stayed on the stand it always cut through the string our concert bass has a hole in the back, one vibe and one marimba doesnt play the bottom b flat... none of our mallet instruments are in tune...hmm thats all i can think of now...oh wait we have a guy in our drum line that has dated one girl in the pit had sex and broke up with her when he found out she wasn't pregnate, cheated on her with another girl fooled around with her, cheated on her with me(i thought they broke up) broke up with me went back to the second girl broke up with her for her friend broke up with her dated me then we broke up went out with my friend dated me agian broke up dated the second girl, broke up dated me broke up tried getting with this one girl now he's dating the fifth girl agian...gotta love band drama...not really but now i'm done with him and after the other tenor player cause we get along great ^^ just gotta watch out for the guard people that like him...though we hang out more then the uard hangs out with him they are allwasy surrounding him whenever they are around him!!!

I have one to add to the list.
