What does Datebayou mean? I've heard it before.

It means that you've watched too much Naruto mrgreen Just kidding . Dattebayou pretty much doesn't mean anything , it's kind of like a Naruto-ish accent .

It comes from (as far as I can guess)-
"tte ba"

datteba (not typical Japanese-- possibly comes from "da ieba"). Yo is self explanatory.
It's a bit of a spin on a particular northern dialect-- I don't recall which prefecture. It's meaning could be compared to something like "So I always say!" in English.
