I don't like to use items. You need skill to kill an evenly matched opponent. Items make it much easier. I don't like easier.

depends items are actually more fun to play with in my cus you got the home run bat the bombs and stuff, but if it's a real competition between my friends and me i usually take items off cus so basically i think items are more fun to screw aroun with but without items it's more competitive

I never have Items on unless its a themed kinda thing. Like Giant melee with giant mushrooms.
