Lucas Lynari Adventurer (Paladin) "Your resolve is inspiring."
[Castle Lynari, Hallway] Lucas returned to Castle Lynari. Allison was there. I'm back & I got the Crystal Shield from the same cave I found the Crystal Sword in the Panclare Brightwood. Lucas said this to Allison, then placed the shield on the table. The shield can use some polishing though. While Lucas was out, an envoy from St. Ivalice delivered a letter containing an invite to St. Ivalice's Full Moon Festival Ball which lasts for 3 days. The letter was on the counter.

Alison was polishing her spoons when Lucas came in with the crystal shield,"Oh there you are!", she said having already notice the letter for the ball had come in she told Lucas,"Here", she handed him a letter,"I was wondering if you could deliver this to his majesty Jacque its an urgent letter from a foreign princess", the truth was she made it look like a royal letter but it was her letter to Jacque her being his secret admirer she was hoping he would accept it over the invitation of inviting lydia to the ball; Glancing at the shield she began to rub it slightly with her apron,"oh its a mess I suppose if you wait alittle while I can grab you tea and polish this as well", she then left Lucas for a few minutes returning with tea and making him a cup which she handed to him while she sat down to polish up the shield;

[Castle Lynari, Hallway] I can deliver both letters. Yours and the Letter from St. Ivalice. I can tell the difference between the 2 letters. Yours has a Wind Crystal Wax Green Seal while the invitation has a Water Crystal Blue Wax Seal. I can tell Lydia really likes Jaquce. Lucas being an adventurer was smart enough the see the differences to each letter. Thank you for the tea. The Crystal Shield that Lucas found had a Water Crystal in the center and it matched the Crystal Sword.

Alison cleared her throat,"I mean..", she said gazing at the seal she could tell she didn't use a good one,"Never mind give that back!", she snatched up her letter afraid that he would think it was from her and tell Jacque,"I'll just leave this for Jacque its pretty personal", she told Lucas trying to change the subject,"Here you go!", she said giving Lucas the shield which was so clean and polish not only did it sparkle but you could see your reflection in it,"I'll be on my way dishes!", she said rushing out of the room with her precious letter where she went upstairs to a room with a fireplace in it went up to the fire place threw it in and began to cry in vain;

[Castle Lynari, Hallway] I'm sorry if something happened, Allison. I'm sure you'll find someone for the dance that's tonight. Lucas headed out to deliver the shield to St. Ivalice. I'll be on my way. And with that, Lucas left to deliver the shield.

Magnis found him self on the beaches of Lynari and he looks out over the water form under his hat his staff floats behind him and he smiles."Such beautiful water its been a while sense I was at the beach."He says before looking up as a large white owl lands on his arm."Thanks my friend you did great go get some rest."He says as the bird fades away."Now how to remove him with out hurting him."He says with a sigh as he sits down and floats just off the ground.

[Lynari, Beach] You mean to defeat a great shark? Me & Talia are on our way to meet a friend of hers. A Merman she met the other day. Once its okay with Talia and the merman, I can cast a spell on the merman to turn him human so they can be together. *Sighs* Young Love... William said this nicely. Is that a Megalodon shark in the distance? The last quest I took was to defeat some Triworms.

Magnis laughs then his eyes narrow."Sorry man but that things getting a little to close."He says as he uses telepathy to talk to the Megalodon but all he got back was anger and he sighs."It seems he wont listen to me looks like its going to be force,oh well I would have liked capture him."He says as he walks up to the edge of the water and then his blue eyes start glowing and black flames start to wrap around his hands and then form balls in his palms,then he blasts into the air before he blasts the beast when it shows him self and the shark dives again and Magnis looks down looking for the beast."Come on."He says as the shark jumps out at him and a black cage of lighting traps it in the air then he lands back on the beach."This is a megalodon its mostly an over sized shark."He says before he walks over to it and takes a deep breath."In the name of the contract I call you to my service."He says before touching the shark and it vanished.

[Lynari, Beach] What just happened? William was amazed. I'm William & my class is a Ranger Mage. Ranger Mages are a combination of Rangers & Blue Mages that can use Blue Magic.
