Am I correct in the assumption that you're taking the Guard action? (How this will modify things: Ayame's Armor TN will go up by 10, but yours will go down by 5; with your Defense stance (+4), your net Armor TN is only 1 less than normal)

Gusty, were you planning to cast Tempest of Air now that he's approaching? I can delay my initiative to let you cast that now that he's in range before I close on him again, if you wanted to.
Knocking him down probably won't let me grab him, unless I get 5 feet or more in front of him and he keeps running for the Miya/horse rather than running away back toward his bow, but it's an option.

Psychofish Gusty, were you planning to cast Tempest of Air now that he's approaching? Yes. Tempest of Air is what I plan to do. smile I noticed that I posted before you previously. Is that a problem? Rain Yupa will just consider the actions in initiative order it doesn't matter the posts order or should I wait to post after you?

I indeed resolve things in initiative order. The only detriment of posting out of order is if player B does something which then gets completely screwed up by player A (such as, for example, Chiharu casting Tempest of Wind then Tsuyoshi rushing forward at full speed; the latter would resolve first so if no one fixed their posts, I'd resolve it as I normally would and have him get hit by the spell too).
And the spellcasting DC is always 5 + (5x spell level). Tempest of Air is therefore 10, being a level 1 spell. smile Before raises, of course.

GustyFox Roll for Tempest of Air 6k4 Total: 22 (I believe the TN was 10? 15 after my raise) Also, along with a spellcasting roll, a Raw Air roll must be made by you (and Raw Earth by your target). Your Raw Air roll increases by 5 because of the spellcasting raise you made.

GustyFox Raw Air roll: 4k4 Rolled: 19 ... sweatdrop I hadn't realized you didn't roll damage yet. It's 1k1 so, in theory, a string of 10s may kill a target, so I need you to resolve that first. I'd hate to post one thing and then find out I have to redact it.

Thanks for the heads up. Unless you wish for a specific player to NPC you, I will NPC your character until your return. Generally, I wouldn't make a controlled PC take any actions that would put them in danger.
