What's the (1)'s by agility and reaction? I can't see anything giving you a temp boost anywhere.

Concentration isn't a skill I assume you mean the Con skill as in Con artist.

Can you remove any skill you've not purchased a rating in.

You need to sort out your Knowledge skills. What's this 8(10), 6( cool stuff? And the rest of them need just sorting out. They all have ratings too high that it's illegal and generated 78 BP points. If this is sorted then you'll be under you BP I think.

I have a bit of a bone to pick with your negative qualities

Pacifist hasn't got a rating.

Incompetent (Blades) your dude is about unarmed melee non lethal. Why is this a negative quality to take something your dude will most likely never use.

Fine with latex allergy just avoid them bdsm clubs and some cyberpunk fashions.

Sins and licenses your licenses don't have anything to license or you've not assigned the license to anything. Are they for the shock glove and the motorcycle? Also to which identity does the docwagon contract and lifestyle belong to?

Custom commlink? The ******** is this (just buy one please)? Also without any basic software suites its just a phone.

Your contact lenses break the starter rating limit you cannot have them.

Rest of gear is fine but a smart jammer seems out of place for you character since they aren't a techie its more a decker item.

Have motorcycle but no skill to drive it with. Is this a wise purchase?

Spells and s**t are fine but as a mystic adept you might want to note somewhere how much of your magic rating is split between mystic or adept as it affects your spellcasting and how strong rating adept powers you can have up.
