SIMPLE RATE: 6/10 ---i rate based on matching/color coordination/balance alone, so if this is an OC or maybe a cosplay avi, I wouldn't be able to say XD
The first thing that stood out was the wings--only thing that's purple. Since you have a brown horse? centaur? bottom, i'd suggest brown wings maybe? The red spear? halberd? i think XD matches with your armor (on your arm), but since they are probably the same item, i'd suggest some more red. There is clearly a story going on here, so brownie points for that!

LONG DESCRIPTION:
9/10 i like your avi very much <3 I do have to agree with the color balancing thing! Even though you use the polar/ice color throughout the whole avi, the lighter white/cream colors don't fit in as well. your arm mod and dress match, but your leg mod doesn't, and your hair could use some of that cream color as well. also maybe a different hair altogether?
the head area does seem to be a bit more cluttered than the rest of the avi.
maybe this item with these bangs? can't see how they look together though--or maybe the aria item w/this item's ice thing on the head? i think you already have that equipped though? urrrh
if you changed the hair, this could balance out the avi more--the tail thing

7/10 making a list, since it seems easier that way~ -shades of red/maroon(?) aren't consistent-hair a bit darker than dress, legs a different color altogether -leg mod's gold isn't found anywhere else--also legs seem awkward. kinda like you're falling down? -necklace's red a bit too bright, but the bracelet's match very nicely! -hair clip (white star?) only place where white is found -overall balance of avi isn't bad at all~

POST-PROPOSAL aka the wedding! since our avi's color scheme's kinda match XD
It wasn't your typical wedding. The husband and bride (now that you mention it, coughcough nevermind i'm in the middle of writing LOL) were alone. No pastor, no family, no friends, no cake. The two were also not in the usual pristine, open white chapel. Instead, they were in a debris-filled room, with murky light filtering through the hole in the ceiling. Certainly not picture perfect, but it was enough for them. Though, being on the run from some certain people, they really didn't have a choice.
Halfway through the muttered vows (they made them up) and promises, something fell through the roof. It was large, maybe a few feet wide, but that's not what was disconcerting about the object. What threw the couple off was the quiet ticking sound emitting from the box accompanied by a soft red glow. Nothing waJCDJKFVLD AND THEN THEY BLEW UP AND DIED THE END
