Katrina grinned, she was now fully soaked, her ponytail slinking down with water weight. Just as suddenly as the rain had started, it had stopped. Katrina frowned, "Huh... It was nice while it lasted, worth it too." she said, noting how Ally looked almost happy. The air was still cold and Katrina wrapped her arms against her stomach, trying to protect herself from the cold, "We should get going... It's cold and getting dark out." she mentioned, staring up at the darkening sky, she hated walking in the darkness and preffered being home by the time the sky was completely dark.
Of course, Katrina wouldn't ever admit to being scared of the dark, it wasn't like her to admit such a thing. She started walking towards her apartment direction, she's guessed Ally was going the same way because she'd been coming from that direction when Katrina ducked into her umbrella.

Katrina raised an eyebrow as they stopped, "Were neighbors then!" she giggled, pointing at her house, whose porch light reached them and pushed their shadows back. "Your eyes." she stated, staring at Ally's eyes, her jaw almost dropping.
Of course it was strange, she'd never seen anyone with odd colored eyes, but it also gave personality to her in a way, made her different. "Like a cat's eye, they're nice though." she said, having to tip her head up to look at them better. She hated being so short, most people she had to look up to, which was the reason she wore heels so much.

(◕o◕) Call me Celly ᕙ( ^ₒ^ c) _______________________________ Single ║ Meta Human ║ 23 ║ I Believe You see what I want you to see. ◜ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ╮ Celly skipped out of the house with a grin. That went well enough. She may not have gotten a reading in, but it's possible she piqued the man's interest a little bit...Even for a drunk. Looking to her left, she noticed that the fancy lady that had been following her around since she left her tiny house by the beach, was gone. Where did she go? Not that Celly wanted her sticking around all day long, but it made her curious. In fact, everything that she had felt had disappeared. Nothing was left but a cold chill in the air; and it wasn't from the wind. Looking beside her, she jumped when she saw a shadowed figure standing not too far away from her. Placing a hand on her chest, she closed her eyes for a moment and sighed deeply. Great, it was going to be one of those days.
Turning her gaze as she jumped down from the porch and skipped down to the sidewalk, she looked over to see a girl sitting on her front step. She didn't look to good. Maybe there was something bothering her. Perfect. Maybe she could convince this girl to pay for a tarot reading. Humming to herself as she strolled over leisurely, she jumped to a stop in front of her, her Spongebob backpack bouncing against her back. "Hey there! You look kind down," she tilted her head to the side so far that her loose pigtails fell over her right shoulder and her bangs swept over left eye. "What's got ya so disturbed? Wait! I got the perfect thing to figure it out!" She smiled as she turned and rifled through her backpack and pulled out something wrapped in a silken handkerchief. "Why don't I read your fortune?" she smiled down at the girl.
So her first was a bust. However, there were plenty of people to try and work money out of! She needed to make something! She couldn't very well go out and get a normal job, she wasn't good with societal norms. She wasn't raised to be like everyone else. Ever since she was young, it was always Celly and no one else. That meant working the streets and hustling people if she had too. Mostly stealing though.◟ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ◞ I see everything no one else believes.

"You see, my younger brother is very sick and I'm all he has left but my job just isn't enough so I'm doing this on the side to help raise some extra cash." Her eyes looked down at her feet as she twirled her ankle sheepishly. Unless this girl was a good judge of character, there was no way she would know it was an act. The only time she wasn't acting to get people to pay for fortune readings, was if she was set up in a shop or something. People usually just stopped by of their own volition. Maybe that's what she should do later. Grab herself a spot downtown or in one of the shopping centers; perhaps people would just stop by then. Oh! That's such a great idea!
Celly bent down, ignoring the pain in her knees from that man throwing her to the door, and smiled softly. Looking over her shoulder momentarily, she could see the dark shadow hovering around her like a leech. Hm...strange. It's been a while since she's seen something like that. "It'll be fairly simple unless you want something more complex of course," she said dropping to her butt on the ground. Setting her deck down in front of her, she opened the handkerchief to reveal her deck. "It'll be a simple past, present and future," she paused as she placed her hand over the deck and slid it along the silk towards the girl. "So, would you like your secrets revealed?"◟ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ◞ I see everything no one else believes.

She'd do this girl's reading, collect her money and move onto the next. Even if that shadow is following her around today. She hated her gifts so much sometimes. This one wasn't talking to her, but the scarier ones often didn't. It was rarer that the shadows talked even more than suicides did. What made the difference that much larger was that suicides reenacted their tragedies. The shadow figures just...lurked around and caused terrible, dangerous trouble for people. With a deep breath, she took hold of the deck as she shuffled it. Once she was finished, she always shuffled her deck three times. it was kind of like an OCD thing for her, she set the deck back down in front of the young woman. "Cut the deck please," she instructed. She needed the girl's energy in the deck if she wanted things to be as accurate as possible.
The past would be no problem to see, that was a part of history; it was set in stone for all of time. The present and future was what she needed the energy for. To have the cards be specific to that person, to have her vision be as close to probability as possible, she needed their energy in the cards. The cards would feed off that and show her glimpses of that person's present life and possible future life.◟ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ❤ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ◞ I see everything no one else believes.

Money: 500$ The wandering psychic seemed to be bothered by something, as if she was somewhat distracted but far to good at what she does to let it be noted. Ally casually looked around as she shuffled, the only thing out of the ordinary, beside them two, was the familiar dark chill under the wind that seemed to follow Allyrah wherever she went.
Ally looked down at the cards. Without saying a word she reached out and did as she was instructed. Carefully splitting the deck she made sure not to let the wind carry any of them away. While the quiet young woman had never seen cards like these, there was an odd familiarity about them. Or perhaps it was simply a trick of the mind. Then again, Ally knew better then to think that.
Since The girl before her -Ally had yet to ask for her name- shuffled three times, she played along and cut the deck three times to match. Placing the deck back on the handkerchief she nodded slightly as if to say, 'Go on,' As The tarot reader continued Ally examined her face. One of her bright eyes seemed odd, as if she had been crying- no.. Could that be a small trace of blood, in the corner? 'Hm, maybe 'sick family member' isn't too far off...'
