Monster just stuck his tongue out at Nef's sass. "Comedic genius." Monster listened intently to the explanation. If luck was just a different form of moonlight, it certainly would explain why his luck wasn't so good. But now he really didn't know what to do, messing with a moon rabbit's power might be more trouble than it's worth. Unless... "But what if someone didn't want ANY moon power, at all. Can something like that be achieved?"

...It's possible. But I'd needa know what I'm takin' the power from exactly, an' why. Once the moon power touches somethin', it changes. Pullin' all it from a source can be pretty overwhelmin'

Ya said nasty stuff. Does it change ya or somethin'? Monster perked up a little at being pet, he hated to admit how much he actually liked when he was pet. "Change is an understatement, more like a horrible. Painful. Transformation into a nightmarish monstrosity!" Well that was dramatic, complete with arm gestures and over-the-top facial expressions.

How'd it come about? An' 'ow sensitive are ya to full moons/any moons?

He blinked when she said the moon wasn't the reason, I mean it sure felt like it was... "Most nights I'm okay, it's full moons that push it over the edge. As for how... it's a long story." A long story with gaps in his memory about it to boot. "I think Eggman somehow did this to me, but heck if I know how. Big machine, purple energy, lots of pain. Then suddenly I'm on Gaia and look like this."

Well, fer one, if it is jus' plain ol' fashion moon power makin' the darkness work, then I can take it from ya no problem. If ya ain't got fuel in the tank, transformation shouldn' be able ta run.
But the drawback is it's plan ol' fashioned moon power. That stuff's everywhere. Even if I was clean dry of power myself, I wouldn' be able ta hold onta all o' it.
I migh' be able ta slow the effect, maybe 'elp ya keep in control, but I ain't sure I'd be able ta stop the transformation completely.
