SilverMaple Yaoi on MTV? Well, what are the odds... Nah, as much as it would be cool, MTV already has some problem with the Yuri duo T.A.t.u, we all know thay have problem with same sex relationships.

I think that it is a good idea. There needs to be more acceptance in the world, it might as well start now right?

Kawaii~Phoenix nghtwalkercain At this point of time I think its a bad idea. I mean, I want more BL too and the more exposure it gets the more gets liscensed and brought over. But right now (In the US anyway) with all the homophobia and hate I don't think its a good idea. It'll just give the bigots in office an excuse to ban the stuff we love...and knowing them, they might even try to ban anime/manga all together seeing this "homosexual filth" as they would call it. I agree with him. Not only that but it's doing everything big first which is not good. People in this dumb america needs to adjust. They should shows litttle here and there so people can get the fact that it is another part of art instead of automatically thinking it's hentai or for those who dont just cartoon porn as such. We are talking about people who are so in-the-box that hardly gay/lez/bi shows gets pickited or bad publicity. So bad that you thought it was the next 9/11 or something. It's true. Theses are the same people who get freaked out about a boy kissing another boy and it would be a peck, either in movies or walking down the street. Im not saying all people are like this but sadly there is a majority. I'll second you on that. I mean its great[ that its getting exposure, but I don't want the right winged psychos putting up restrictions preventing me from buying yaoi doujinshi on Ebay. I also hope it doesn't get itself in over its head with this exposure. neutral

Narki Since it's MTV, I think I'll let this pass by defult since those people haven't done anything good for mankind throughout their existence. But still, I suppose it's good that it gets some coverage in mainstream since that shows that yaoi and boy-love in general has moved on from a rather taboo subject into something that's generally becoming more socially acceptable. mmhhh neutral don't think they should make it mainstream cause that would lead to a lot of fake people takeing thingz that r kool and killing them xp domokun
