i hate the fact that recently more and more announcements have occured...i remember when i first joined we would get one the most on a daily basis..now three are just normal
i love the rpgs though

What i like about gaia is there always have the item that i can wear and i can talk with other gaian....

I used to love gaia because of its community but later these days I'm only on gaia to check updates and others. But the bad thing I know about gaia that has been an issue since long time ago is the pressure to be rich. You get looked down if you don't use expensive stuff on your character.

Like many people have said, the inflation of item prices due to Gaia cash becoming so easy to get. I also think club verge is highly unfair to keep certain items hidden from users and make it so hard to get into club verge. Another thing I dislike is the constant creation of items anymore. It doesn't give you a chance to have something to look forward to because you always expect it. Another dislike is the featured avatar thing, how that changed and how only certain avatars get picked over and over (I've noticed) so its unfair to others out there. The fact that they do it weekly just makes the event annoying anymore. Another dislike, would definitely be the privacy thing. They are going through individual PMS of people? Really? They might as well use our privacy as Facebook does and sell that info to people, tracking us down by our email addresses and other means, and selling the data to people out there. I have a feeling they will eventually do that since the site is already based around money anymore. Yet another dislike would be how the ability to meet strangers has been strongly reduced. With locked chat rooms, towns 1 and 2, virtual Hollywood, the raceways, now you don't run into people as much. Towns 1 is virtually a dead zone or ghost town to what it was formerly years ago. They went too far with locked chatrooms. It just seems harder to meet good people. Another dislike, the guild system. The fact that they don't manage inactive guilds. I've been on Gaia for hours before looking for certain types of guilds and I will come across the perfect one to find out after I join that its only active by one member but the guild itself has been inactive since 06-10 usually. It makes things frustrating and misleading. I can't begin to count how many guilds are like that that aren't RPG related.
There are still many more dislikes about Gaia that I have anymore. It truly is heartbreaking for me. Many a time I have thought about quitting because it seems almost pointless. But yet, here I am staying on for 1-2 good people or a guild usually.
I pray Gaia changes staff again to a more pro-citizen equality type of democracy than this profiting dictatorship/hierarchy it is anymore.

Honestly speaking, I used to love gaia because it was fun posting in the guilds and the outfits/styles were really pretty. But now, seeing that alot of those outfits look alike to some other outfits, it just makes me think that gaia is only after the money. I mean c'mon recolors? Seriously?! Rather than make it as a thank you gift for being part of the community and agreeing to the desire of the people, they take advantage to it and earn more money? I still love the outfits, it's just that they look repetitive and it seems to me they're obsessed with money. Sorry gaia.

I love the roleplaying smile I mostly stay for the roleplays and socializing.(Extremely shy in real life) but also finding those with similar interests is always fun! I hate the gaia cash and while I love some of the items it is not worth it to spend money I don't have to get it!!!
