I'll bite. If it's okay, I'd like to play an Armand from page 10 in Monster Manual 3.
It'll use up all of my ECL, but I've always wanted to try out those little armadillo monk dudes.

Does the +1 for Masterwork stack since its has magic enhancements as well?

If it does, then it should still only be a 21,000gp weapon.
3,050 for a Masterwork Adamantine Greatsword
+18,000gp for the +3 from Keen/Shock/Masterwork enhancements.

However, I'll remove the Keen enhancement, so it should only be 3050+8000 = 11050gp.

My Mithral Breastplate is 4,200gp

And Amulet of Health is 4,000gp.

Current total = 19,200gp

If this is incorrect, could someone tell me how, because from the wiki pages it seems okay.

Quick guide on how to make/buy custom magical weapons and armour for future reference:

Firstly choose a weapon or armour, for this example I will be choosing a longsword with some minor magical effects.

Longsword: 15gp

Now before we add any magic it has to be masterwork.

Masterwork weapon: 300gp. Sub total: 315gp Note: Masterwork enhancement DOES NOT stack with magic enhancements.

Now let's make it a base of +1 for a weapon.

+1 magical weapon: 2,000gp. Sub total: 2,315gp. Current effects of a +1 longsword: +1 to hit and damage.

Now let's add Goblin bane.

Bane (Goblinoid): +1 cost. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT COSTS THE SAME AS A +1 WEAPON. So +1 longsword +1 is +2 and +2 costs 8,000.

+1 Goblin bane longsword sub total: 8,315gp.

Now for a final touch let's add keen since it seems so popular.

Keen +1 cost. Once again this does not mean it costs 2,000gp it adds 1 to the weapons effective magical enhancement. 2+1=+3 18,000gp.

Total: 18,315gp for a +1 Keen, Goblin Bane longsword.

This can be a little different for armour since it actually has gold costs for some magical effects i.e glamered.

Well...what sort of Greatsword could I get that gives me the damage bonus?

I really wouldn't spend that much money on a weapon. May I suggest just getting +2 and then getting a str boosting item since that would increase your to hit and damage more than a magic weapon.

Also recommendation for feats, power attack. For 2 handed weapons for every -1 you take you get +2 to damage so if you take a -5 to hit you'll be doing an extra +10 to damage.

Treat it as a Druid's Animal companion with your character level instead of the druid level. And it can be anything from the druids animal companion's or familiar lists. If you want something else, run it by me.

Also, it doesn't get Share Spell but instead Sense Link. Same as the Psion's power, but it doesn't cost you a thing.
