He nodded with a smile, apples were good and they came in different sizes and colors as well as flavors, made them a surprise every time they were eaten. He opened his mouth to speak when he was interrupted by another
"Hey idiot I can't get down!"
Hayyel's head snapped up to see where the voice came from, he groaned Naro... just cause he had thought about the idiot didn't mean he wanted him here "That was the idea" he called back. Not a moment's peace, not a moments. He swore that boy was more bone than brain
Naro just snorted and stood there watching.
Hayyel tried to ignore him, "ever been the apple orchard down south?" He took a bit of more food finishing off what he has in front of him

She smiled, swallowing down the last of her food, but blinked when she heard a familair voice. She looked up and saw the green and white antelope standing at the top of the crater and she chuckled when she saw how annoyed Naro was and she stood up, stretching.
When Hayyel asked her if she wanted to see the apple orchard down south, she shook her head as she sat down, "No, but I think it would be a good idea for Naro to come along with us." she said.

Hayyel nodded "yeah he's good at ruining nice quiet moments with his big mouth"
"Hey at least I'm not boring!" Naro chided back
"Alright hot shot what do YOU think we should do to entertain our guest?"
"....."
"Yeah that's what I thought!"
"Hey I was put on the spot gimme a second!"
"I'm waiting!" Hayyel turned to Morty with a smile, "If we're going to have a chaperon he might as well participate in the planning"

Morty chuckled behind her paw as she watched the two, a smile on her muzzle and she nodded her head at Hayyel, "I am sure he knows something to do that is close by." she said, tails flicking.

"Ya hear that bone head the lady's waiting!"
They both knew it was Hayyel that came up with the adventures ... they also knew most were hair brained. If it weren't for those hair brained adventures though Naro would graze with his family, maybe run from a predator now and again and go for reeeeaally long walks when the weather started to change... Naro wasn't the most imaginative of creatures but he had given Hayyel crap for never allowing him a shot at an adventure and now was his shot he couldn't screw it up.... so what would Hayyel do in this situation?
"Maybe we should fly up there and help him, this might take a while" He gave a smile and offered his paw as an invite to fly with him before taking flight himself, he wasn't sure how long this wait was going to be
((Really I have no idea what to have them do so if you have any ideas feel free xd

She stood up and stretched herself before nodding to him and putting her paw into his, fighting back the blush she knew would show across the white fur of her face and she hated when she did that. Together, the two flew back up to Naro to help him choose what to do together.

Hayyel smiled to himself but said nothing about the blush pretending not to notice. It was really cute though and he couldn't help just the smallest smile before he took to air with her. When they reached the top and to Naro's side, Naro leaned his head down low to Hayyel's ear and whispered to Hayyel "She tell you anything that might help decide what to do?"
Hayyel shook his head ever so slightly "Only that she likes apples, she doesn't seem to like to talk about herself."
Naro frowned if even just barely noticable thinking and deciding... really wasn't anything to go on.. well if she was going to be mysterious then so was he! He beamed brightly with his plan
"By george I think he's got it!" Hayyel chuckled. "So what will it be?"
"A mystery" Naro's smile couldn't have gotten any bigger "An adventure! I'll run ahead, you wait here for the count of 10 and then you follow. I'll leave clues you have to follow till you reach the end!" He stood tall and proud for a moment before giving the first clue. "I'm dark and dank but full of life, if you live in me you might be blind." Without another word he ran off
"Naro-" he sighed, wasn't exactly what he had planned but maybe she'd go for it. He gave her a look that said 'what do you think?'

When they finally reached Naro, she sat down and watched the two whisper to each other. Her long ears flicked up and down for a bit before she decided to ignore it for a bit. When Naro suddenly announced some kind of scavenger hunt, she tilted her head at his riddle and she watched as he left. She looked Hayyel and she shrugged, "Some place with dirt? The only creatures I know that will live in dark places are blind. Like moles or bats." she said.

"hmm.. there is dirt here... most places..." He pawed at the ground to emphasis his point. "It has to be somewhere more.. unique?" Was that the word he was looking for? "Where else do blind creatures dwell? It has to be some place dark you're right... dark.. dark.." he closed his eyes trying to focus "... maybe not in the dirt but below it?" where would Naro find a cave nearby? there were many caves dotting the landscape but not many that were unclaimed by kitsu's and large enough to have blind creatures living inside...

"That is my guess, Kitsu's aren't really diggers and burrowers." she said, looking back in the direction Naro had ran off to.

Hayyel nodded, "So you know of any good caves we can visit?" he gave a coy playful smile "I mean I assume it's that way" he motioned with his head the direction Naro ran "but I'm not familiar with any that would be large enough to fit the bill." He could only think of one place Naro could possibly be thinking of... but well she was being all mysterious so perhaps Naro had the right idea. Sides this would give him more time with her and a chance to learn about her. That's not bad is it? Holding off on telling the truth for a bit more time together? He would tell her eventually...

Hayyel smiled "off we go then... on the plus side Naro does have a tendency to smell so we could always sniff him out" he chuckled at his joke. "Should we walk or fly?" The trees in the distance would block some of the view but it would be faster they had a ways to go

"Lets fly, and if there is too much in our view, we can land and walk." she said, opening up her wings and flapping them so she could take off.

Hayyel nodded his consent and took to the air making his way after Naro. The tree's weren't as full this time of year and the ground below was easier to see than he had expected, he even managed to find a few updrafts to glide and conserve energy. The landscape rolled up and down as the flew, he would circle a few times pointing out signs of Naro when he found them, hoof prints or antler rubbings, they should be coming up on the cave soon and with the trees as they were it shouldn't be too hard to spot, he was even kinda hoping Morty would find it since he had pretended not to know about the cave "Let me know if you seen anything we've got to be getting close"
