I remember being outside and the teachers telling us to get inside. They turned on the tv and we saw both towers smoking. Some kids were crying and the teacher was passing down the tissue box.
I remember not crying because i was kind of slow and thought that the towers were empty or something. Like it was just for tours and the like, didn't know people worked in them. But then later i found out that lots of people were in there. it was confusing and i'm not sure if i remember how i really felt about it. But i know how i feel now and it is sadness.
I was about 11 years old when it happened, 10 years go by so fast. I turned 21 this year Aug 6th.

I wasn't actually able to see or anything I was like 2 or something, but I do feel really sorry for the people who were scared. The people who died unexpectedly may they rest in peace. If only that day wouldn't of happened, everyone would be happy.
Best Regards To The Dead. May They Rest In Peace

9/11... i was 3 or 4 but everyone at school was crying and i didnt get it until a teacher announced that a lot of people went to heaven that day... REST IN PEACE to all those claimed by 9/11 and may their families find the love and courage to move on and live their life as the victims would have wished.

I remember perfectly. I had just started seventh grade, and my clock radio went off to wake me up for the day. I bolted out of bed and ran into the living room where my parents were watching the live broadcast. The whole day at school, people were watching the broadcast on various TVs set up around the school. I don't actually live in the U.S., so it didn't affect me asides from feeling how somber the world was and how racist people have become towards all Muslims, Islamics, Sikhs, etc. The religion doesn't seem to matter - those people are judged on their skin color regardless. It's sad.
May the people who lost loved ones find strength in their hearts and in one another, and may the ones lost in the tragedy never be forgotten.

We were celebrating a birthday in my classroom and I remember bringing my cupcake home after school and watched the tv with my grandfather. I watched as the second plane crashed and I turned to my grandpa and asked " What movie is this?"
I was too naive to realize that something that horrible could exist in reality sad God bless our heroes and to all those who perished, you will never be forgotten 3

First, My thoughts go out to those who lost loved ones. I personally did not lose anyone but my heart ached for those who passed away.
I was actually 19 years old at the time, and I clearly remember where I was when the first tower was hit. I had gotten to work an hour before.( I was working at a pharmacy at the time.) A customer of mine had just come in and told me what had happened, and immediately the pharmacist dug out his tiny 7 inch black and white tv. We tuned into the news and watched in horror as everything was going on.
It seemed so unreal that something like that was happening. I don't even remember how we got through the rest of the day.
Throughout this weekend they keep on playing the video of the second plane hitting the second tower and my stomach still does a flip when I see it. That is something you can never get over.

I remember that tragic day very well.. I was only 8 years old.. I cried while watching the events happen on that sad morning.. It was as if everyone united together to mourn the lives lost bringing us all back to reality. I still cry on this day, every year.
May God bless the families who lost their loved ones, and may those who passed away R.I.P. knowing that we will never forget them <3 ..
Here's a video of the babies who lost their fathers and are now almost ten years old.. --> 9-11 .. <3

I will never forget that day as long as I live. I was 19 and in bed when mom called my cell and woke me up. She was frantic and afraid over the phone telling me "america is under attack." I turned on the TV in time to see the second plane hit the South tower live. It was terrifying and unreal at the same time. I watched all day long as the horror unfolded. The worst was watching the people at the top jumping to there deaths to avoid the flames. My dad came home really worried that day, that was the only time I ever saw my dad show any kind of fear. My older brother is now a command master chief in the us navy and at the time he was working on a nuclear submarine as third in command. My dad was afraid knowing that the attack meant Rick would be sent to fight over there. (which he was one of the first to head over to the middle east over it). People in our small town actually went into a sort of panic even. Lines for gas were all the way down the main highway and the store I worked at was already out of things like gas cans and bottled water. It was crazy and scary.
RIP victims, the heroes and first responders, and the military men and women we've lost since that terrible day.

I was around 6 when this happened, I was already in school, and I didn't get to know it until few years later My mom, who watched the airplanes crash through TV, told me she believed that it was a movie, but then she realized it was true
I understand all the pain and suffering that people had passed, and I will pray this day for the people who's lifes had been lost during this horrible attack, let them all rest in peace
