I do like long hair on a guy, but thats never been a requirement. I also prefer for someone to be pale and skinny. Honestly though I care most about how a person acts, what they say and just who they are.

I like guys who are average, not too thin but not big.
Peen size doesn't matter to me as long as they're not over eight inches long.
I love hair on guys, but too hairy is a turn off.
Hairy pits, chest and pubes are yummy.
I like guys around my age but I could go younger, just not under 18.

Qualities I find attractive in other men: intelligence, a good personality, good hygiene, big a**, semi-hairiness, not too muscular but not too skinny either. (Though none of these are mandatory, except maybe a good personality. I fall for their personality first.)
Things that turn me on: biting, having my a** slapped, having my hair pulled.
