Gabriel was insurprise "Wait i thought the point was not to get caought by your brohter" Gabriel said sticking with her. Gabriel gave a long sigh "Do you want me to go help him for the quick assist" Gabriel said asking irritable now really wanting to help knowing that Lucas could proably handle himself but he didnt really like being a jerk. Gabriel ignited the lance of the Coveanant in his free hand "Just give me the word and ill throw it if you want me to" Gabriel said as some people backed away noticing the fire in his hand many of them just sitting their staring intently at the glowing flames hoping not to get burned from the intense flames that did no harm to Gabriel and he was ready to easily throw it so it could cut throw the air at Zeke but all he needed was the word and he would be ready to do it at any second.

Sothe wanted to protest when Hitomi said no, but never got the chance. Vance had taken off before he was able to. He was about to move to get off the roof, but there was suddenly a scythe at his neck. He stood perfectly still, preferring to his his head securely on his shoulders. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Hitomi in a similar position.

Hitomi made no movements as she felt the claws on her neck. If she moved, the claws would sink into her skin, which was not only painful, but deadly if they hit a vital artery. She noticed the slight fear in Sothe's eyes and did her best to keep that same emotion from showing in hers.

"Couple of Eternal Eyes? I'm afraid neither of us are one. As you can see, his eyes are green. Mine are brown," Hitomi said without hesitation, although she knew that they could easily tell she was an Eternal Eyes if they took her sunglasses off.

Suddenly, Zeek was behind Lucas and tried to defend them. "Zeek, don't get yourself killed for our sake," she told him, but she was happy for the help. From their position, Hitomi saw Vance leaving a clothing shop with something in his hands. He would know that something was wrong when he doesn't see them at the bottom of the ladder, then he would come to help. Hitomi didn't know whether to be happy about that or worried for him.

Nagi woke with a start and sat up the instant his door slammed open, the shout from Elizabeth unnecessary. He groaned tiredly and threw a pillow at her. Glancing over at the window, he saw that the sun was up and knew he overslept again. He groaned again before turning back to Elizabeth. "If you have to wake me up, do you have to do it so loudly?" he complained. "I wouldn't be surprised if the entire castle heard you!"

Zero looked passed Lucas at Hitomi "Don't worry about me" he told her calmly "just focus on getting out of here with him" he added indicating Sothe. He didn't need them to worry about him. He then used the air to send a whisper passed her ear "don't let your friend come and help" he said. He had been distorting the air around them so no one else could come in but projectiles could do so with ease. He had also been distorting the air between the scythe blade and Sothe neck so he couldn't get hurt. He knew that that move took a lot of his energy to keep up because he had to condense the air enough to block a solid object. He then remembered that she called him by name which would want them to capture even more so he had to think of something quick. "And beside I'm not doing this for you" he said to make it sound like they were not friends "I'm doing it out of sheer hatred of the kings army" he added spite now in his voice.

Sheer hatred for the king's army. Who didn't hate the army? Besides those in it, and, even then, some people hated it. "Sheer hatred, huh? Well, that's the same reason why I do this!" Hitomi kicked behind her at Lucas, aiming for the groin. It was a cheep shot, and she knew it, but it would work. If he wanted to avoid it, he'd have to move, which would cause his claws to lose contact with her skin and grant her just enough time to move out of the way. If he didn't move, he'd be in pain from the kick, and, again, grant her time to move.

'The tongue is like a sharp knife...'

Vance glanced up and down the street, wondering if something happened to Hitomi and Sothe. Suddenly there was a large commotion, in the direction of the rooftop that they had escaped to earlier. Then he realized his mistake. He shouldn't have put so much distance between them, and himself. Now he was too far away to save them. Luckily, Zeek had managed to get behind the one using class. At the least, Hitomi would be safe.

But suddenly, shocked cries could be heard nearby, as a large flaming spear appeared. 'There were more of them?' He thought, when he noticed the person casting the flame. If Vance remembered correctly, the person's name was... Gabby? Or was it Gabe? Maybe Gabriel? Whatever his name was looked like he was targeting Zeek, who was unaware of a possible attack. Since Zeek was saving Hitomi and Sothe, Vance would have to cover for him.

Unfortunately, he had left his longsword back at the hideout, since it would be easier to pose as a civilian without it. Although a nearby guard kindly provided him with a sword, before crumpling down to the ground, unconscious. With the sword in one hand, he grabbed a bucket filled with water with the other, and flung it at Gabriel. Vance wasn't sure who the girl next to him was, but it seemed to him that she was struggling against Gabriel a bit. 'Hopefully he won't use her as a hostage...' he thought, as he pushed his way through the crowd, getting ready to continue the distractions.

'But it kills without drawing blood.'

dO yoU wanT to PLaY?
The pillow smacked Elizabeth in the face and feathers fluffed everywhere. She didn't even flinch. Actually, she probably would not have reacted much if he had thrown a brick at her.

"Isn't being loud the point?"Elizabeth said, tilting her head to the side grinning. "You sleep like one who is dead. If I were quiet you might never wake up, silly prince."

She loped over the window and peered outside. Walking into the prince's room was probably highly improper, but she had always seemed to have little to no understanding of manners. Feeling along the paned glass, she located the latch and threw open the windows letting the air in.

"Such a naughty princeling~," she said while laughing and hanging halfway out the window. "Sleeping the day away while his father and his subjects are awake and working. Shameful, shameful~"

Zeek had already forgotten Hitomi's name but knew if her attack hit it would hurt but also provoke him even more. So thinking fast on his feet he used the wind to push Hitomi away from Lucas "You do know who this is don't you" he asked her with a sigh. Her attack would have hurt him but only if it could touch him. "I saw his moves earlier if you were looking to distract him with the attack you would have failed" he said "with his speed he could have dodged and captured you all in one move" he added. "If the rumours are true then your name wouldn't happen to be Lucas would it" he asked the man since he already gave him the only introduction he cared for and that was that he was an eternal eyes.

Gabriel was in shock as water was dumped on him just for the fact that the water did very little against his flaming spear for the sole fact that the spear was hotter then water could ever attempt to put out but his cloths on the other hand were pretty wet which made Gabriel pretty upset "Isabel take some cover" Gabriel said as he let go of her hand to pull out his lance the sound of it cutting through the air was a dreadful sight but not it had more of a effect when he had a flaming spear in the other hand which added to the fear that many of them were felling. Gabriel quickly picked through the crowd looking for his target and he wasnt sure who but their was alot of movement through one of the crowds and he quickly moved into the middle scanning around picking out sucpisious people and waiting for his possible attacker both lances striking fear into many of the civillians

Lucas Grey

Lucas wasn't surprised by the girls cheap shot, but just when he was about to dodge, the one who the girl called "Zeek" used his powers. Luke smirked.
"And what rumors would you be speaking of?"
He raised an eyebrow, beggining to feel like toying with the perps before capturing them.
"And what if I am? Does it make you hate me any more?"
His body tensed, anger rising up inside of him. Luke was ready for a fight.
He has wind abilities...I wonder what else....But he thinks all I have is speed. HA! I'll show him!!

Zeek pointed his sword down towards the ground and relaxed. "Well I heard that you were very fast and I got the chance to see it with my own eyes" he said to him. But your not nearly as fast as I thought you would be since I saw you so many times before you reached her" he told him pointing towards Hitomi. "If you are Lucas I would know that in hand to hand combat I would stand no chance" he told him looking at his gauntlets. But he raised his sword once again "but if I want to escape I'll have to fight because you will not be taking these two today" he told him getting into a his fighting stance which looked like he was wide open for an attack. He then glanced over at Hitomi "Get the two of you out of here with your friend and I'll cover you" he told her calmly knowing he might get captured today.

Isabel Grey

Isabel opened her mouth, about to tell Gabriel not to attack, that she just wanted to make sure he was okay--but then water fell over them. Izzy shook the water out of her hair, using the tiniest bit of her powers to dry off. She gave Gaberiel's hand a light squeeze before letting it go, and backed into the crowd around her. She realized no one knew who she really was, and pretended to be scared of the strange man who had been with her, a thing she was very good at. She pushed through the crowd, trying ot run away, hoping whoever had thrown the water would try and talk to her, or something, she wasn't even really sure what she was trying to do. But a whisper escaped her quivering lips.
"Please, help me..."
Something was nagging at her though, a familiar face other than her brothers on the rooftop, not one of Annexus people, but who? Isabel shook her head again, when she suddenly bumped into a man with red hair.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry--"
But suddenly she noticed he was holding a sword, and she could feel the few drops of water still clinging to hand he caught her with.

It seemed that Vance's distraction was working, since Gabriel was starting to look through the crowd for him, instead of targeting Zeek. Only problem was, that red hair was pretty uncommon in this area, and it wouldn't take long for Gabriel to notice him. Suddenly he bumped into a girl, but caught her with his free hand before she could fall over from the impact. "Ah, that was my fault." he said, when she started apologizing to him. At that moment, he realized that she was girl that with Gabriel.

It was a good thing that she got away from him, but it wasn't so good for Vance, since Gabriel probably kept an eye on where she went. Vance could bring her to the Liberation Army, but he didn't know why she was with him in the first place. She didn't seem to be one of the Eternal Eyes, since her eyes were a soft shade of blue, but there were some regular people in the Army, who were trying to overthrow Annexus. "Why were you with him?" When he asked this, he ducked his head down a bit so that he wouldn't be spotted as easily.

Lucas Grey

Lucas grinned wickedly.
"Well maybe my name is Lucas, in fact it just happens to be General Lucas Grey. And you would be very right to say that about my skills. I have yet to be defeated in hand-to-hand combat, actually."
He decided to keep his agility at half for this battle, no need to waste energy on using all his strength.
"A brave man. Fighting me to protect a couple of strangers, or so you say they are, even though you are fully aware what will happen to you by fighting me."
Luke flexed the muscles in his arms, tensing them for the first strike.
"Your move, Zeek."

Zeek listened to Lucas talk "Well it is true I don't really know them" he said "I actually met them both on accident while in the market" he added. He then smirked after hearing it was his move "alright I guess I'll make the first move then" he said sliding the front of his right foot to the side and vanished. When he appeared he was above him "you better not underestimate me" he told him as he slashed his sword downwards with a strong gust of wind behind it that could turn a bolder to dust.

Isabel Grey

Isabel looked up into his eyes, knowing this was the man Gabriel was looking for.
"I just wasn't looking where I was going, I'm sorry.."
She blushed with embaressment.
"Oh, I was just asking around what the commosion was about, and he took my hand. I didn't realize who he was at first, but after you through that water on us, he let me go. So, thanks, I guess~"
She gave him a knowing look, yes, she was well awarer it was him that had thrown the water. Isabel felt bad for lying though, especially to someone who seemed like a genuinely kind person. But there was no way she could tell him it was because he was her escort from the castle, and that Gabriel was just trying to help her brother, General Grey. The only people who even knew Lucas had a sister, were those from Annexus side. No one was suppose to know outside of the caslte, in case an enemy tried to use her against him. But Isabel was expierienced in lieing, she had to lie about her invisible trips outside the castle all the time. She ducked down a little with the man, trying to help him. I wonder if he realizes I am an Eternal Eyes... Izzy smiled at the thought. What an odd thing for me to think...
