Before that demon appears, Hikari listens to her little sister talking to the demon for helping them, which she brought a smile. Suddenly she sense the powerful darkness, and she can hear the something running from the stairs, yet she noticed the demons starts to get scared as they fled. Hikari feel something isn't right, but she thought it was challenging, until she can feel pure evil lurking toward two light sisters, causing herself to became weaker and weaker. Until heard something clash on the ground, she stood up and saw the familior keyblade and new one, but she can tell the first one belong to Yami. She analyzing about two keyblades, "An Oblivion Keyblade, could it be..." she said softly and she look at shadow figure that appeared out of nowhere, she sense that he has same darkness as her childhood friend. She begin to worry more as her Oathkeeper Level Two appeared by flower petals, and rush to the battle scene, although the demonic black fire appear to stop her, but she dodge back by her cartwheel to avoid hurting herself, like Serenity said, 'Yami would feel', if she hurts herself. Hikari stood still watching everything, until the Shadow Figure slayed those demons. When the shadow figure said her name and told her to leave Temen-ni-gru before more comes, it caused her to flinched, she found out he's Yami as she speaking out to him, seems like she wanted to tell him that she wanted to cry, "I... I can't Yami-kun, those demons put up the black fire spells for not helping Serenity-chan, because they probably realized we are sisters. And the reason why Serenity-chan and I came here because I think Temen-ni-gru is only way to upgrade our keyblades, and... and I might think it's only tower that demons changed your appearance, when you told me back in Bevollon, remember what you told me." she explains everything to him as she begin to cry as she look down and grabbing her head from trembling, feeling so scared that she put Serenity and herself in danger from dangerous place as she dropped her keyblade to the ground. Hikari realized her half-sister is still out there on battle field, yet she felt like she's hopeless to save her and made herself slump down to the ground as she cry, letting her tears fall. She quickly look at Serenity, "Serenity-chan, quick you have to fight to get your keyblade upgrade and your true form awaken." she cried to her sister, which she need to keep her safe from this dangerous out of control demons.

Hikari looked at him, she can feel his pain, yet she have to break the demonic fire to save either her friend or sister. She can't pick both, she's torn between saving him from his pain and demon attack or take her sister somewhere safe and lose her friend, but she have to listen to him and grab her level 2 keyblade and pointing at the barrier to unlock it by beam of white light. Once the fire barrier is gone, Hikari rush to Serenity and grab the demonic mirror like painting, she quickly use her barrier reflection to protect her and Serenity. She look at her Yami, and the demonic mirror opened the door to other world to Devil May Cry in Fortuna, "I hope we will see each other again, Yami-kun. I promise one day, we will, I hope you will keep it." she cried and the mirror took both sisters to Devil May Cry, the last she seen before she and Serenity escaped is, her tears dropped to the ground by her cry.
