And what bout the achievements?
Any reward?
Like a fish.... goldfish will do for me...lol
or just give every 100 bumper in the official bump thread a star fish
this way ppl will bump more and ppl scared of achievement crowdin this forum can remain happy
Anther major suggestion is to have contests on unique topics like Image manipulation or sound editin or Avi art contest
The winner will get a fish
The link to this contest should be posted in the main forums
this way more ppl will join our forum

heart I'd actually love the idea of a 'Spirit Week' as quoted by another user. It's kind of like the AVATAR ARENAS, except someone would actually win. 3nodding heart

lady enigma Loves Is 50k all your members can afford cos Inflation Termination managed 500k per 1-2 active members per week and each person chosen that week got what they desired and if you had a collection of money for a more expensive item they had the 2 sums put together towards that item like coco kitten plush for one member was easily afforded for that member using only 400k onto the members afforded amount others ranged the 500k mark for theirs we did 2 per week sometimes so how can you only give 50k per member of 4 members. Dont you like your fellow members that thats the best you can afford. I'd hate to be an active member here you must hate one another.....50k. By Inflation Termination standards you should be giving a bigger gift to your active members! You have more members than they have and although theirs is finished now and the thread destroyed to protect the donators at least their members can look at their gifts and say MY guild LIKE me. One of their members is still giving out sizeable gifts like Dappy Dandy and I have to say Im glad Im a vice captain in that guild a guild that cares more for the good active members in its midst. And loyalty that deserves a reward for working against inflation in the market place for others to enjoy. If more people had supported us at the height of inflation it could have been brought down quicker!! If you need good ideas how about you join us?? First: Periods. Use them. Second: I couldn't understand a thing you said, but no, we're not joining anyone. If you don't like it here, leave.

How about a fashon show? Every week I could make a new tektek to talk about, give out free tekteks, and have tektek contests? I would be more than happy to host them all and pay for the prizes.

I would be more than happy to host them all and pay for the prizes. Like, a theme of the week or something? Users who make the best avatar (we'd get judges, or have public voting) win a prize. I don't necessarily have any ideas, but here is a reason why I don't come (as well as any of my friends). But this guild is confusing! I have no idea what's what here!

Booty Grab sites are against the rules as of now. Aggregation sites take away the easter egg hunt part of booty grab. :/ It may have been a useful tool, but it caused inflation.

This is Es-One's guild, and unless he wants to transfer ownership, no one is taking his spot. And ownership goes to someone who deserves it.

I really like the spirit week idea. But why do you need all these contests and gimiks to get ppl to stay? It seem like so much of gaia, not much to distinguish it from many other places here.
Witty and interesting discussion threads; ongoing game threads that are just fun and ongoing with no prizes and just making sure new members have their posts read and answered by old time regulars will go a long way to encouraging people to stay.
Some fun game threads include word association; the wrong answer game and a poetry one called Renga. There are lots of others too.
