Simple enough he thought as Ice shot out out of his hand.
Then he realized.
"WHAT THE ******** HAPPENED TO YOU TINY?!?!? WHY ARE YOU A UNICORN?!?!?"

(( ..... neutral Xenia is not a unicorn; infact,my avatar does not even reflect my character so I'm not going to respond to that last comment. ))
Xenia clapped slowly.
"Good enough for your first try."
She waved a hand and the ice melted away,leaving a small puddle in its wake. She rubbed her chin and flipped through the spell book,looking for the nest one.
"Shall we work on summoning next?"

She sketched a few magic circles onto the board and studied them.
"You can't summon very fierce creatures,can you? There are quite a variety of monsters on cannot invoke without a teacher."
She rolled her eyes.
"Haven't you ever read the Sorceror's apprentice?"

"I can summon fierce stuff.I did it when I was ten after I had a black out and Gramie was crying.So I promised myself I would never summon whatever made her cry.She told me what it was but I don't remember."

(( It says you need to READ the character journals/Profiles. In Xenia's there is a picture supplied. Avatars aren't what people usually go by lookwise. ))
Xenia quickly sketched a fierce looking wolf on the board,with the word "Fenrir" scrawled next to it. She quickly scrawled out a few equations,and a few incantations.
"We're gonna summon Fenrir,alright?"
She flipped through a book on magic circles; at Lukas' current level he would not be able to pull it off alone.

"THAT'S MY OLD NEIGHBOR'S FAMILIAR!!!" Lukas shouted excitedly.
He's always wanted to summon a wolf.Lukas read that they were very good and loyal companions.

Xenia stared at him.
"He isn't anyone's familiar. People can just bind him to their will though."
Xenia cleared a space on the floor and began sketching out her Magic circle. The circle was actually one large one,with two smaller ones inside. One for the summoner and assistants,and
one for the summoned. She finished it,and pulled a ragdoll labeled Odin out of her pocket.
"This will be the sacrifice."
She tossed it into the other end of the circle as she took her place in the summoner's section.
"Yo! Get in here. Anyone outside of the circle in the room shall be devoured by the wolf."

"You summon with a circle? Man Gramps wasn't even THAT old school.I have no idea how to do this but I'll try."
Lukas stepped into the circle with Tiny and waited for instruction.

Xenia stared at him. Was he really that stupid? The circle was only protection for him. Fenrir had a nasty habit of eating up humans if they weren't protected.
"Don't be so stupid. Do you want to be eaten by a giant wolf god? Besides,your the one doing the summoning anyways. I'm just here to instruct you."
She put her hands on her hips to think. How did it go again? It had been awhile since she had done such a ritual. Ah yes. The incantation.
"Actually,on second thought maybe I should just summon it. You might fudge up and destroy the institute.."

"Why don't we try to invoke something a little bit more..uhhh,human friendly? I am much more fragile that you."
Lukas suggested purely out of the fact that it would be very bad if Gramie was doing her weekly family spirit check and saw him dead.

"Stop your whining! This is a learning experience. Or would you rather create monsters from the bodies of dead creatures?"
Xenia snatched his hand and dragged him into the circle. She linked arms with him and closed her eyes focusing. She could feel Fenrir on the other side,pulling and thrashing as he tried to get out. Needless to say the wolf knew that a human was present near his circle.
"Shall we start?"

Xenia leaned back on her heels,trying her best not to summon the wolf suddenly and on her own. She wanted to give Lukas a try..see what he was capable of.
"That isn't enough. You need to call him!"
She growled.
