So about weapons class jutsu restrictions. It says they can learn
12 jutsu, does that include bloodline jutsu? Or just elemental based
jutsu?

jutsu period (Kinjutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu)
other then bloodline and taijutsu

FMA is pretty boss when you have active and interesting people. I was in one like four years ago. My first guild I joined actually. It was amazing.

The home page say were following close to Naruto
and I dont think batteries were invented yet

I remember seeing them put a tape into a vcr to watch something during the chuunin exams arc. They also have generators in the village for electricity too. I think batteries would be somewhere in the mix of that. xDD lol

Well they have TVs so they must have batteries, and they have those scanner things that allow you to see long distances.
