LadyDeathNote73 i am not questing anything and would love to help you guys out with this if you still want me to get the uniforms together. just tell me what you like and i think that people should be able to pick their own colors too. I'd say so. I got dibs on the uniform making around 'ere.

If I make a uniform it will standardize an already small number of people and reduce the activity of my guild. People shouldn't be forced to change their avatars when the integral part of my guild is roleplaying; ergo it's irrelevant. I'm NOT going to deny a good roleplayer based upon the look of their avatars.
With this in mind, I think it's plain to see that uniforms are irrelevant to my guild.

I myself dished out about 10k in the process of conjuring up a nice get-up for a uniform for myself. Previously-owned items helped alot, to be honest.
The idea of EVERYONE having to take gold out on items that they'll probably only wear for a few weeks, days even, is ludicrous. Let the people wear what they want on their avatars, let the people that WANT to wear uniforms feel free, but an in-text uniform would be a good idea. One for battle, one for drills, casual-wear, etc. Maybe even specialized ones, like for desert or arctic encounters.

I'm not really fond of people that just take a set and call it a 'uniform'.
A uniform is supposed to be unique, not one that can be easily duplicated. One that would require you to look at the equipped list and say 'huh?'.
