Ronin is a masterless Samurai. for this story you have to be from one of the clans, so you would have a master.

He will still belong to a clan. However because of his disorderly conduct, it would seem unproper for him to hold the titile of samurai any where but the scorpion clan. So while he belongs to no family name, he still fights for his clan, either that or he is a "half samurai", a fighter of peasent upbringing who can not hold the title of samurai but is still a great fighter none the less.

Ah, alright. Yea, Scorpion Samurai are lucky not to be bound to Lawful nature. I'm glad you explained that more. It would work for Scorpion Clan, but if your doing Samurai you still have to up hold honor for you to progress in levels.

Eh, levels 4 and 8 give +1 points at least
so I can remedy the 17 and 15 to better their bonuses. So its not too huge a deal. And the 8 and 9 can be remedied by the respective dump stats.

Ah thanks, plain monk or going for a prestiege class, either way this helps me narrow it down torward the samurai of the ninjas, depending if we are needing of muscle or skill

i'm confused, i thought that OA was 3.0...hence the reprint of the classes in the complete series...as such, i don't have any of the OA books, but i am interested in the game...
