Alliance = Lycan race, Gnomes retake there city,
Horde= sucky goblin race ( which are ref's with no where to go so NOW there kiss horde a.. ) , Orc main city is in ash's, Thrall got emo and left them to rot under a new ruler.
Bad news for the Horde.. awesome for the Alliance... well if you think about it now we can pretty much fly ANY where ... ow new class's and new prof Tauren pallys, Human hunters etc ... yeah looks great cant wait to play it. biggrin

Ketay I don't get the whole complaint about them redoing azeroth instead of adding a new continent. If they added a new continent you'd get like what... 6 new zones or something to level in that are new. And nothing else. By redoing azeroth not only are they adding 7 new zones (Twilight Highlands, Mount Hyjal, Deepholm, Uldum, Gilneas, The Lost Isles, Sunken City of Vash'jir) and making an old place better with flying mounts (since we go there for AH and such), but they're making lots of changes to places we've known for so long. So we get to see a lot of cool changes to old places so that some of them seem like new zones (like half of barrens will seem new and will be 80+ content), while getting the new content of new zones. And there's always the upside that now we don't have to take a boat/portal to go back and forth between the new zones and and the old world for AH and such. I think the big issue really is that not everyone really wants to level yet another alt in order to see all of this new content. Yes Ill see it when I fly over it, and its cool that there's going to be flying in azeroth, but I wont really get to experience it on my main character. We were especially dissapointed because when we first heard about this expansion we though they were going to use the phasing tech to create the new zones at our level which would have been really awesome, but was not the case.

MMOChamp put it under their speculation list but blizzard never announced it. from what i've seen of the announcements it looks like Thrall is here to stay.

The game cant be to far away they showed alot of new content from the trailor for it so i see it in early '09 i could be wrong though and im really looking forward to it and its not going to ruin the game haters.... i think everytime somthing is added or changed its awsome of course im i dont like some things. and did it say class combanations if it did i be a worgen dk/priest that would own...

I also say that you should be able to buy colored inks from inscriptioners and apply it to ur gear so u dont have yellow pants grey top red helm ya know???

Edit: go to the Cataclysm website, go to features, and faces of cataclysm. She's listed as a prominent NPC in the expansion.

Racial - Best Deals Anywhere - Always receive the best discount regardless of faction.
Racial - Pack Hobgoblin - Calls your personal servant allowing you bank access for 1 minute. 30 secs cooldown.
Racial - Better Living Through Chemistry - Alchemy skill increased by 15.
Racial - Rocket Barrage - Launches your belt rockets an an enemy, dealing fire damage. 2 min cooldown.
Racial - Rocket Jump - Activates your rocket belt to jump forward. 2 min cooldown.
Racial - Time is Money - 1% increased attack and casting speed.
that's soooo cheap....
But hey 8D worgen is good for PvP now

I don't know what all the problem is with this expansion. They are making old world content exciting again so new people and others that have the time to make alts aren't as bored leveling, and new content for the people who enjoy end-game content and all that comes with it. I have never killed Illidan or Kil'Jaeden, I am a casual raider. The most I have done is 3 bosses in Ulduar(and full 10 and 25 man Naxx clears of course). I am still excited to see the other content, as well as the new races (I looove them both, and even though I roll Horde--hoo-ah--I will be making toons of each race.)
So all the haters need to chill. Its for the best.
And FYI-they already said Arthas will not be killed yet. It will be a Mal'Ganis-esque encounter. You fight him, almost kill him, then he runs away giggling and hurt and leaves the raid something shiny. ^_^

Some people have gotten over excited and forget that Alliance is mainly protected by Blizzard since the company is Alliance. The Horde has ALWAYS been nerfed so it goes on equal ground"Who wouldn't want to play as a Zombie that doesn't die in a few hits?", "Who wouldn't want to play as a Elf that isn't PURPLE?" , "Damn, those Shamans are over powering. o-o;;" "Wow, Druids can be used as a DPS, Tank and Healer! biggrin ". Now what I think in the expansion, "Yay, we got the Horde version of the Gnome but with awesome attributes called Goblins". "Hawly phurk! The Worgen look so awesome but too bad that's the only race that looks awesome. xD". PLus, take notice to classes. You don't know just yet how the Worgen or the Goblins tightness on power yet. Sure the Worgen are awesome but what is it that'll make it better? Is it like a Druid where you have to buy the shapeshirt form? Is it when you go in the Night and Be a Worgen? Is it Racial? Man, I rofl at anyone that gets too excited and starts flaming on the opposing team. XD Put something like a Rouge class into the Worgen, that should be awesome. Put them with a Druid, That'll a little nerfing power needed there 'cause they have a new form. So prepare everyone in about like a year, everyone's nerfed and more bigger in classes when you see that character creation screen. Burning Crusade was fine to me but Lich King made it look hard to me after I joined WoW like 3 months ago but seeing this, we just got to wait for it.

Honestly I think this new expansion is going to be great, add the needed improvements that people ask for, and give a whole new change of scenery in the old world. Blizzard has never really failed us when it comes to making our play experience better in WoW, so I trust this is going to be another awesome expansion. Plus, Worgen(werewolf) are just so bad a** lol.

Gtfo if you're gonna dis Horde. We got Garrosh now and fyi Org got rebuilt and is more badass than ever.
