fox stretches with a groan... ye can hear her spine pop from across the deck.... give me time to recoup and we'll see... she laughs and opens the door for him to go below deck....

*Kero hobbles below deck and lays down on his bed, waiting for his nurse to appear...slowly, he drifts off to sleep...but not before he remembers to take a dreamless sleep potion*

lyssan walks in, changed from her night ops garb into something a bit more comfortable... she opens up her chest of assorted medical supplies and pulls out a variety of bottles and a long strip of cloth wrap.....

lyssansmiles as she carefully examines his leg, then taking some folded cloths she soaks them in one of her potions... the scent of wintergreen fills the room along with cinnamon and marigold... she then wraps the cloths about the leg and then covers them all with the long thin wrap... that should do it... she says to no one in particular... it will be a good as new in the shakes of a dog's tail.. then she puts everything away and goes back to her room for a nap....

*She wakes up to find a scrumptious breakfast sitting on her desk...bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, butter, jelly...the works....with it is a note:*
Medical costs have gone up...but hopefully this will cover things

lyssan dives into the meal with gusto... devouring it to the last crumb.. then she goes to look for it's creator...
(got to go soon... need to get some sleep so i can help drive tomorrow... it's about 8 hrs. to me sister's house... and another six the next day to me parents... not sure when i'll be able to get on... yuki is bringing her comp and they have wireless.. so i should be able to get on once or twice...
oh... i got another camcorder... decided all i needed was something that i know works and wasn't too complicated... so i got a flip... yuki and i have been playing with it all night... it works wonderfully...)

I'm using this book to devise ways to undermine twilight spells cast by my foes...like a shield. By reversing them, I can find my own ways to break them.
*Shows her the notes on a needle-like dart*
Example...this dart can pierce through the reflection veils kitsune like to spin in magical combat.

lyssan nods... but iffin ye change the focus of the shield to a shifting internal point, such as yerself... rather than a static fixed point ye can spin the shield... how would ye fight that....
